SCAM BEWARE! This company is so disorganized. They have been running Miami Art Basel and Herald plaza and one of the workers told us if we buy a VIP ticket you get access to all of Miami art Basel. Then we went to the Convention Center and they told us that was false and our tickets were not valid for the event. Then when we called them to discuss it the lady in accounting didn’t even know that they are selling tickets out front. She said you can only buy online even though we bought ours out front. This company is super disorganized and does not share all the information with their employees which therefore lead to an employee sharing wrong information with us that convinced us to purchase $275 tickets for NOTHING. Don’t listen to this company ever!!!!

Complete ticket problems. Poor handling of FIU graduation tickets (Dec 12 2021). Very stressful experience for what should be a celebratory day. I would strongly NOT recommend this company for your next event.
