If I could give the service and property a zero I absolutely would. Our stay started out with the girl at the front desk giving us a key to a room (313) that hadnāt been cleaned yet⦠beds werenāt made, couch was pulled out, towels on the floor, a trash can that was overflowing, and mud on the floor. On the way up to the room the floors were drenched, puddles in the elevator. Give her the benefit of the doubt, things happen, go back down to the desk to tell her what happened, she apologized and booked us to a different room. The kids were eager to get in the pool so while they change I head back down to get an extra set of bedding, blanket, and pillow for my son who was going to sleep on the couch. When I asked for an extra pillow for him I was told they donāt supply extra pillowsā¦keep in mind our booking was for 2 adults and 3 children. Iām asking for a 5th pillow! By the time I go back upstairs to the kids and my husband the kids are ready so we head to the pool. I look in the bin for towels, thereās none, again head to the front desk, asked for pool towels, āwe donāt have anyā okay what about bath towels, ā no maāam, we donāt have any, the laundry isnāt doneā well that explains why the floor is completely drenched. Head back to the pool area to watch the kids swim with my husband. As I look around I noticed soggy food, gum, trash, multiple pairs of socks etc in the pool area. Pass the front desk again to grab water out of the car and a gentleman was walking out to his car as well. She asked is your room better, he responded with yeah itās okay and proceeded to tell me she gave him room keys to what he thought was someone elseās room!!!! A girl in the pool area stated her toilet was clogged when she checked in and they didnāt have a plunger. The kids swim for a short time, add to the drenched floors near the lobby and puddles in the elevator since again thereās no towels. The start their showers and I start to fix the couch when I noticed what appeared to be multiple spots of bodily fluids on the couch with a piece of a condom wrapper! Thatās when we were done, decided to check out and make the 3 1/2 hour drive home in the rain after having a very busy day in Chicago. I asked her specifically when the 100.00 deposit would be returned, she stated immediately. I asked to speak to the manager, none on duty. I asked her if I would receive a refund for the room (we purchased travel insurance) she said it was up to the manager. On the way out I called the corporate customer service line to where I was told the 100.00 hold takes 21 business days to be returned and I needed to call booking.com to request a refund. Itās been 72hours, still no follow up from corporate or a manager from the property. The front desk stated the manager is off the weekend and would not be reaching out until Mondayā¦which explains why the property is being ran so poorly. It took multiple attempts to get ahold of the manager and it was over 72 hours before she got back to me and acted like she didnāt care whatsoever. What a waste of time.

The lady at the desk was really slow but friendly. I booked a room with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was stained with something I'm sure could have been cleaned off with the right cleaner.... the floor wasn't mopped either. I could still see stains from the last guest wasting something. As a human, I understand that perfection is a huge expectation, but at least follow the 10 point check list.

This location was ideal for my travel needs. The customer service was nice. The room, on the other hand, was not clean. The floors were dirty, the furniture stained, and the walls had several patch work and holes. The shower curtain was old, and the shower curtain rod was loose and didn't appear fully affixed to the walls. When I returned home, I washed every article of clothing those that was worn and the things I didn't wear. I suspect the bed may have had bed bugs. I've experienced several bug bites on my skin and genital. A doctor visit has been scheduled. I do not recommend this location.

I havenāt stayed yet but would hate to experience any of the things thatās in these reviews. Traveling to attend my brotherās funeral and will have small kids. Most definitely do not need bed bugs biting them.

Positive: The location was not far from the conference I attended and shopping places.I will recommend this place if there are good changes like vacuuming the place. (I saw the cleaner sweeping the hallway carpet instead of vacuuming. Negative: The hallway was dirty. The room did not have a rack with hangers to hang my clothing. The water temperature was more clod than warm/hot. The sink tap water was not flowing enough.

Got a room night off 3/3/25 through a CLC reservation and I've never seen such issues with the checkin in my 3+ years of doing this work. I don't blame the guy at the desk for having these issues because it's obvious his issues come from a blatant lack of any training. It seemed like he had to figure out the CLC checkin system himself and experienced issues with it.
After being checked in I kept being interrupted at the door so he can get our checkin information again, and this happened several times until he asked me to come to the front desk to basically do the whole process over again.
I don't blame him, the desk clerk was obviously (to me at least) having real issues with the checkin process, felt as if he had to figure it out himself without training. Basically an issue with management.
Location doesn't have any nice views but it's a big open empty space without any traffic so I have no real complaints

I stayed here many time before had no issue. I stay again on December 20,2024. I couldn't sleep because something was biting me. So I checked the bed and found bedbug. I immediately checked out and asked for a refund. I have got no response yet about them refunding my money.

Positive: They tell you that you can't take the breakfast to your room, but the room has a microwave and refrigerator. Before you can get clean linen and towels you have to personally bring them your dirty ones. Quiet time is from 10pm-7am. Bathroom needs update Negative: The night manager refused to give batteries for remote. He kept trying to get in our room. He was uncooperative about everything that was asked of him. Bathroom shower was broken. I won't stay there anymore.
