When we first walked in, we noticed the hotel smelled wonderful and was very clean. Check in was quick. When we got to our room, the key gave a little trouble, but eventually we got it to work. The air conditioner in the room was loud. We had a king suite and the room was large. We had a separate living area and 2 TVs. The internet worked great which is always a plus. The hot water was great, but the bathtub didn’t drain while you were showering. The breakfast area was good with multiple choices. The bed was very comfortable. They only charge a 20 dollar deposit. The one thing I didn’t like was if you were trying to enter or even leave the hotel parking, the road is extremely busy. Cars tend to fly over the hill and it’s pretty dangerous. We did have a good stay!

Great motel. Very attentive staff. Very clean facility. Breakfast was hot and tasty! Excellent biscuits and gravy. The pool guy is super! They have homemade fresh baked cookies at the front desk in the evening. We will definitely stay here again!

This is the third year we have stayed at this hotel on our trip cross country. We know we will be well taken care of in a nice clean room with plenty of fluffy towels large washcloths and a staff that is willing to go up and above to be helpful. My only complaint would be I wish they would keep the breakfast open till 9:30 rather than 6:00 to 9:00 because if we are traveling you don't need to get up at the crack of dawn. Also you cannot get local channels on the TV.

Very nice staff. Usually the continental breakfast at hotels are a hit or miss, but this one was fine. The elevator was out of service when we stayed at the hotel, which was annoying. But the reason for a lower rating was the room. The A/C unit was struggling to cool the room and everything in the room from the floor to the sheets felt moist. There was even a musty smell in the room, which made me concerned that there might be an issue with mold. Upon arriving home today I've already started to develop a sore throat after only staying at this property for a couple of days. Good, convenient location but definitely not going to stay here again when I'm in Ft Smith.

Great place to stay! We needed a room for one night following a football game. The Comfort Inn was super clean, updated, and right off 540! it had easy access and was a good price considering it was UA’s homecoming weekend.

I have stayed here twice once in April then Aug 2024 an I absolutely love them. The staff makes this hotel for sure. I have nothing bad to say. Keep up the great work Jeremy an Kenna I think is their names. We will be back soon.

Days 13, 14, 15 and 16 of 30 day motorcycle trip. Best shower of any room we've had, excellent water pressure. All staff is very friendly and helpful, it does help, if you're staying more than 1 day, if you can speak some Spanish.
1st day our stay was good and then all the little league teams checked in. Our room on the 3rd floor was surrounded by rooms full of boys with no parents in the room. Apparently parents got separate rooms and let the hotel deal with their kids. We were terrorized for 2 days with slamming doors until after 11PM, kids running through the halls, knocking on doors, banging on walls and floors. Yesterday, kids broke the elevator and at the time of this post, it hasn't been fixed. Dryers in guest laundry are broken so we were told to give our washed laundry to the hotel's laundry so they could dry it.
Breakfast yesterday morning was so overun with kids, we gave up and left.
Our room is clean and bed is comfy. The situation with the kids on all floors is unacceptable. I want to know why the hotel didn't tell us upfront what to expect and let us decide if we wanted to stay elsewhere.
We check out tomorrow morning and I was told the kids have checked out but I still see some of them in the hotel
A group of 5 younger kids were playing with a plastic bat and ball in the hall on the way to the stairs we have to use because the elevator is BROKEN.
We intend to ask this Comfort Inn if they will reduce the price of our room for the past 2 days.

Comfort Inn took care of us and made things right to our satisfaction. In turn, we've added a star to their overall rating.

Elevator out of order. Charge more than the rate when we booked it. Give us room keys and the room is occupied already. Still waiting in the lobby after an hour to get it all sorted out. Looks like we should finally be getting a room.

Got us a room finally. Night clerk said we would get a refund but havent seen that yet. Also said that the $20 charge they put in after the room charge would be refunded. Guess we’ll see.

Next day. They sent us an email stating we were going to be charged for the next night. Even though we checked out that morning. Called in and they said we wouldn’t be charged. Asked about the room rate and the $20 charge and she said they would be refunded yet. But still no refund.

3 days later. Still no refund.

4 days later. DID get the refund. So they did hold true to their word. Alls well that ends well I suppose.
