I travel a lot! This is the cleanest, friendliest hotel that I have been to in a very long time. The staff will accommodate your needs with a smile. The pool albeit small is nice. The hot tub was perfect. The chlorine levels were just right. The hot tub was/is so clean. No gunky gun anywhere. The room set up was perfect for our needs. I may have to come back to Hadley just to stay here again! To the staff... In a day when most people want to complain more than compliment...I want you to know, I truly appreciate you and your professionalism and your attention to detail. Thank you for making these couple of days, a joy!

This is the second-choice hotel in the area. Even within the same Choice Hotels chain, the quality can vary greatly depending on the location, but this place is excellent. The staff provides professional service, and the rooms are spacious and well-maintained down to every detail. The breakfast is warm and satisfying, and it even includes my favorite Chobani yogurt—simply perfect. The only downside is that it’s easy to miss the driveway from the road. Adding an extra sign would be helpful.

I am not giving the hotel a 2 star due to the hotel itself. Everything was decent. Room nice and updated from the other comfort inn I stayed at in Springfield. I do wish the suites was an actual suite like the Springfield one with the separated room/ living room area and full kitchen. This one was not like but and had I known I would have just opted for a cheaper room with 2 double beds. The worst part of the stay was there was hockey teams staying there and the rude parents allowed the kids to play hockey all day and night in the hallways right outside other's room doors. Super loud and obnoxious. No consideration for other guests. They didn't even listen to the hotel staff when they told them multiple times to not be doing that in the hallways. Then right in the early morning they started again screaming in the hallways waking us up. I just can't believe parents can be so disrespectful to other people around and not have their kids behave appropriately. I was so disappointed for the money I spent on a night here to not even have any sleep or peace and quiet. Tried to leave my room and had to go through a pile of kids full on hockey game with nets and all and shoes legit right in front of my door. That I could have tripped on had I not looked down. I don't blame the kids they are kids. I blame the inconsiderate parents who were too busy drinking and being loud themselves in the hallway to make their kids act right in a public place. No manager was on duty which I feel there should always be a manager. Now due to the money they were making off all these families I'm sure they wouldn't kick them out but if it was anyone else being rowdy like that they would be. The rules should be the same for everyone no matter who they are or what they are paying. Or at least told if they do it again they will be kicked out. It is so absurd to me and still makes me irate nothing was done to stop this. Not sure I'll ever go back unless I was offered some compensation back for the headache and uncomfortable stay. Which is unfortunate because I did like the hotel and amenities. Well besides that they don't even have smart TVs. Even cheaper hotels all have smart TVs. So I don't get that.

Positive: Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast was very good! Nice hot tub and pool. Negative: Could use a bureau, storage area for clothes, and rubber mat in tub.

The guy at the front desk with long hair working this morning has been consistently dismissive and not particularly welcoming or hospitable. Multiple times he has refused a late checkout, while I always get one from other staff. When you say hi how are you he just sort of shrugs; he generally comes off as unfriendly and uncaring. Not my idea of good hospitality.

Still, the amenities are good enough to earn three stars.

This hotel put my daughter (age 19) in danger. While traveling to visit colleges she made a reservation and they accepted payment. Upon arrival they told her that she could not stay because she is not 21. They told her that they could not return her money because she had reserved with hotels.com. Meanwhile a big snowstorm is bearing down on them and she needs to find a safe place to stay while waiting for them to return her payment.

Positive: Clean and convenient to the college. Negative: Hallways smelled as if someone had been smoking where they shouldn?t have been.Side entrance was not well lit or easily identifiable.
