True Comfort Inn style, quality furniture, easy parking, professional warm welcome ? comfy bed, nice room. This was set back from traffic with a lovely high green hedge. It was quiet and cozy. I slept deeply. Nice hot soak in bath tub. Yeah all the good things in life. Really nice stop.

This is the 4th stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and fresh.
The small breakfast is quite nice as well. I felt very safe staying as a lone traveler.

I've never posted a negative hotel review but I'll make an exception. When I checked in I found that the room I was assigned had apparently two box springs put together and called that a bed. The air conditioner was loud and squeaky and not fully operational. I asked the lady at the front desk to move me and she did but she didn't like it. I worked as a housekeeper when I was young, this was by far the dirtiest hotel I've ever been in. The furniture in the room was filthy the bathroom was old and decrepit and desperately needed remodeling. I checked out a night early because I simply could not stand another night at this hotel.I would recommend any hotel in Green Valley but this one.

When we first arrived we were not greeted. The fire alarm to the whole building went off when we were getting checked in, then the fire department came and left. The man checking us in gave us a key card, didn't tell us if there was Wi-Fi, breakfast, or where the room was just pointed at a hallway and that was it. The room was not well cared for. The bathroom light was loud with the fan, the shower dripped all the time, and the toilet has a small leak on the floor and was loose on the floor when you sat down. There were smudges on the walls and it was not super clean. The room smelled bad so we went to the car to get an air freshener for the room. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. I woke up with a stiff back/shoulders. The refrigerator was sweating inside. The paint was pealing off the walls in the bathroom and the room. The hallway in the mornings were so stuffy and hot. Spend your money somewhere else. Between customer service and quality, both are severely lacking.

The hotel manager and staff were all top notch. Very obliging and always helpful. We had a group of 30 people and the hotel went out of their way to provide excellent service. ||The rooms and all facilities were very clean and comfortable. The location is right off the freeway (which is ideal) yet we never heard the traffic noises. ||A very nice restaurant shares the parking lot so that was also a plus. ||We will definitely be back again.

This hotel is run down and lacks basic maintenance. The staff is rude. One of the worst breakfast buffets I have ever seen. Coffee is watered down. I travel frequently and it has been years since I have left a poor hotel review. Too much to list wrong with the room. The shower has only 1/2 of the water going to the shower head. When I did the on line survey for the comfort inn, I got a rude response denying problems. Look at all of the recent one star reviews and you can see for yourself.

Worst internet connection in the world. During the first two days of my stay the internet was ridiculously slow. It was like being in the dial up days. On the third day there is not connectivity. The person on the front desk said they are trying to find a solution.
Breakfast was bad too.
The thing is this is hotel is not cheap. For the same price any Holiday Inn hotel gives you much much more. I am not coming back.
