My husband and I were driving through to another state on 8/17/24. We were exhausted and booked a room at this hotel through Priceline. We have never been to this location before but we had been to other Comfort Inns and had good experiences, so we gave it a whirl. The customer service is stellar! The same lady checked us in and checked us out. She was so kind, engaging and thoughtful. We left super early and the cook wasn't there yet but she made sure we had coffee and something to eat before we continued on our long trek west. The room is beautiful and was so clean. We had such a great experience! Thank you for the fabulous service!

The hotel was outstanding. We checked in and they gave us an option for a couple of room locations since we had only recently made the reservation through the Choice toll free number. The room we chose was perfect and looked new. We got a call from the front desk sometime after we settled into the room. They were verifying that everything was to our liking. Everything at breakfast was fresh and restocked as soon as items got low, never running out of anything.

Great hotel and staff. At 10:30 pm we were woken by a loud group of girls in the next room. After 40 or more minutes of noise, we called the front desk. They quieted down for a few minutes, then had a very loud countdown at 11:30. They left and came back at 2:30 am and woke us up again. They were very loud and there were 8-9 people in the room. Sounded like they were jumping around and on the bed. Hotel staff was great-the people left and then we were able to sleep. Thank you staff for helping in this situation!

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hot water for showers although low water pressure. We were there for 3 nights. Desk and breakfast staff were courteous, informative and friendly. Check in and check out was quick and easy. My husband has mobility issues and our room/shower were perfect to meet his needs. Lots of restaurants close by to meet anyone's taste.

I did a great deal of traveling throughout Arkansas from March of 2024 to October of 2024. I have stayed at this Comfort Inn in Jonesboro at least 5 times in the past year. The staff is exceptional. This is the best hotel I have stayed at this past year, with over 30 stays. The cleanliness of the hotel, and specifically the rooms, is impeccable. With any request I have made, the staff has gone above and beyond. The management team and the housekeeping team are all so pleasant and helpful. I recommend this location in Jonesboro, but I also recommend this hotel as one of the best in the state. Nathan and the team, keep up the great work.

My wife and I were traveling and pulled into hotel, haven't stayed at a Comfort Inn for years. The front desk was extremely helpful and super friendly. I thought hotel was brand new. We entered the room thinking we were the first ones to ever use it. While at breakfast, which was hot and delicious, I asked the cook if they just opened. She told me 3 years ago! I was shocked, it is absolutely the cleanest, well kept hotel we ever stayed at. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone for a great stay. Thanks for the great staff and accommodations!

Comfort Inn in Jonesboro off of Phillips.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn and had an overall fantastic experience. There was a issue with my second room, but Brianna handled it with such poise and professionalism. Even when the problem couldn't be resolved immediately, she promptly involved her manager, Nathan. Together, they worked seamlessly to address the situation, demonstrating exceptional customer service.

If I owned a hotel chain, I would undoubtedly snatch both Brianna and Nathan up to work for me. Their dedication and ability to handle challenges with grace made my stay memorable. Highly recommend this Comfort Inn for their outstanding team!

Pros: -amazing bed -friendly service -easy access to interstate and restaurants
Cons: -amenities felt second rate (breakfast coffee was from a premix machine for example) -A/C never got room below 70.
