Was so great to be back here after many years! It was just as perfect as I remember it being. We had the Ocean View efficiency and it fit our needs perfectly. The view from anywhere there is great too! The pool was refreshing, and the deck was perfect for us to lay in the sun and watch the kids on the beach playing in the sand and ocean. We cooked lobster dinners in our room and had everything we needed to make a great dinner. The rooms are well supplied with things you would need to do so. Even dish soap and a sponge! The refrigerator was a good size for water, drinks and the groceries we both. Can't wait to stay here again next year, God willing! Thank you to the owners and staff for an enjoyable weekend! See you next year!

The “motel” is not your typical “motel”. It was awesome! The room was spacious and clean, the kitchenette had pots, pans, dishes, silverware etc they even supplied a scrubber sponge and a small bottle of dish detergent and dish towels!||The room was super clean, updated and nice and cool. It was so comfortable.||We had an ocean view room and were able to sit outside and have morning coffee and look at the ocean.||The pool is just steps away and the private beach a few steps further.||The pool deck and oceanfront deck had very comfortable lounge chairs and I liked that there was a shower to wash your feet off steps up from the beach.||The staff was super friendly and because of the storm coming today the office opened early in case any of us that were scheduled to check out wanted to check out earlier (which was appreciated).||The coffee in the lobby in the morning was really good. ||I will definitely recommend this place for a vacation or short get away. ||The flowers were beautiful too!

The rooms were clean. The staff was terrific and very attentive. All the other guests were friendly. Great location with a private beach. The hydrangeas were exquisite! Even on a cloudy Cape day, we could sit on the chaise lounges and enjoy the view. Come and enjoy.

We stayed here with the rest of the bridal party for a close friend's wedding, and it couldn't have been a more perfect and picturesque location. The u-shaped layout made it very easy for everyone to socialize, and the spacious rooms were very comfortable to lounge in. The view of the ocean from every room with spectacular, and very easy to access from the hotel. On top of all that, the staff is absolutely wonderful, kind, and very helpful. I enjoyed every interaction I had with member of the staff, and they went above and beyond after my stay to help me locate and return a valuable item I had left in my room. I am so impressed with every aspect of this motel, and I would absolutely recommend it to any friend or family member visiting the area!

We stayed in one of the poolside units over Labor Day weekend. The room was clean and recently updated. I really like the new comforter sets. The front office serves coffee and sweet bread every morning but if you want a full breakfast you can walk next door. Ask the motel staff for restaurant recommendations for dinner. They have plenty of chairs overlooking the water which was nice especially at the end of the day. The office staff are wonderful and went out of their way to help us with our particular reservation needs. The Colony Beach is like going home for my family. My parents brought us here starting in the 60’s and we learned how to swim in the Colony Beach pool. We have never had a single complaint in 50 years staying at this motel. You can’t get any better than that.

The rooms are clean the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and the maid service was great. The landscaping around the rooms and pool is very attractive. The sundeck overlooking the beach is a great place to sit and enjoy the ocean view without getting beach sand all over you.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice room with all the amenities; it had a fridge, microwave, stove, utensils, etc. Not sure they all have that, but this one did. Very clean room and overall facility. Nice location on the beach and you can walk a good distance in both directions. Also quiet and peaceful, which was nice. Very happy I stayed here.

A Cape Cod hidden Gem! We love The Colony Beach Motel and this review is long over due, we just love to stay there and would hate to hear "No Vacancy" so we try to keep it our secret. For several years we have enjoyed many wonderful stays and will continue come as often as we can. The owner, management and staff are awesome! Always friendly and sincere they make us feel right at home. The property is perfect, very well maintained and the owner is always making it even nicer! Thankfully the season is not over, we're gonna try to squeeze in a couple of more stays!
