Two days before Thanksgiving, I get the oil change alert hours before I'm supposed to make a 500 mile drive back home. I walked into Colonial fully expecting I'd be there all day, best case scenerio.
To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement! Tyler not only got my jeep in wicked quick, he gave me constant updates and a duck to add to my collection.
Expecting the waiting area to be my office for the day I searched for a seat close to an outlet for my laptop.
No luck.
Paula went so far above and beyond by moving a table and chair over to an outlet for me.
I cannot say enough about my experience! 10/10!

A disappointing, frustrating and deceitful car buying experience. I worked with Ryan Walsh throughout the process and I would definitely NOT recommend his services. Many promises were made at our initial meeting that were not delivered on and very poor communication throughout. A $2k “service fee” was added on last minute after we had previously asked about additional fees. (If you look at other reviews, others have commented on this mysterious fee - seems to be a dealership-wide tactic). While the GM was receptive to my feedback and stepped in to help with delivery of plates and touch up paint repairs, it was only after weeks of trying to sort things out with Ryan and negative reviews. Save yourself the headaches and the money, go elsewhere for your car buying.

Although there were some delays and things took longer than anticipated I have no complaints about the way things were handled and how I was treated. The entire service department was great and I would like to especially thank Lia Ponte who stepped up on my behalf, working with the warranty people making sure they covered their costs of the repairs. My Jeep runs great thanks again.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS process trying to buy a car through Ryan Walsh. The whole front end of the process was good until we got into the details. The price which we had agreed upon was, at the last minute, said to only be if we financed despite being very clear we were paying in cash from the start. We then agreed on a specific saturday for him to come and pick up the car to put on the plates (could only issue temporary plate at time of sale) and to fix a paint issue. When we went to confirm that date he said it was no longer possible and that he didn't know when the paint would come in. An absolute change of tune and clearly was just concerned with making the initial sale and not focused on customer experience.

I found the whole experience to be deceitful and exactly what you worry about when purchasing a car. Maybe other sales people are more honest but could not recommend people stay away from Ryan Walsh more strongly.

10/10 experience went in looking at a scatpack charger but after really thinking abt my lifestyle decided as of now it wasn’t gonna work since I have a dirt driveway at the moment and ended up purchasing a grand Cherokee high altitude that I absolutely love!!
