Lots to like- private pool immediately outside your family room, your own boat dock just steps from the house, and the unit itself is charming enough. Clean and well stocked. And Arlan did a great job of communicating and staying ahead of our needs. Having the use of washer & dryer and garage for storage came in real handy. It was a difference maker. Plus, it was so convenient to be able to park our boat trailer in the drive and have free, ready access to it. In fact, there was a lot of convenience here- 100 yards to the beach, less to Doc's or the Cafe, and just a block to the always fun Coconut Jack's. We ran the coast in our boat and got to enjoy more wildlife than ever before- a half-dozen manatees, rays, tons of birds doing crazy things and dozens of highly entertaining dolphins as close as 4-5 feet from our boat. What can I say--- we'll be back. Enjoy!

All Decked Out was perfect for our family. Its modern decoration and amenities were just what we needed for our 7 day beach vacation. Arlan was wonderful to communicate with whenever we needed anything. Felt like talking to family. I would recommend this company for rentals along with the house we stayed in.

Wow! Wow! Wow! What a fantastic house. Arlan could not have been more accommodating! He really went out of his way to make our visit perfect. The house was just what the doctor ordered. Great views of the Gulf, steps away from the ocean, great layout, stocked kitchen utensils with many supplies. The screened in balcony was so relaxing and comfortable. Truly a perfect getaway for my mom, cousin and aunt! I will definitely rent from Collier Global Vacation Rentals again!

I should have read first here before making a decision. Please do not waste your time with Collier Vacation Rentals as this company is really bad when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. Had a really bad experience with Jenna she made nothing easy and pretty much lied throughout the process. I booked on April15 2023 and when i got my email confirming my down payment and dates i read that final payment was due may 11 so i rushed to go pay and i had to email in on how to make payment but to my surprise they stated there was a system error on their part. which later they spoke to owner of home and he was willing to give me those days. So days after i get notified that it will not be possible even though my family requested dates from work and can not make changes. so 20 days out Jenna left me to find my own home because they have nothing they can do for me. Thanks i found a much better place on the east coast of florida. Last time i reach out to this horrible company.

Celebrated my husbands 60th with our family in Casa Bonita. It was a beautiful experience with lots of great memories. The house was clean and very well organized. A shout out to Arlen at Collier Vacation Rentals for being so helpful by returning calls or texts in a timely manner. I would definitely rent again and recommend the stay to any families that are looking for a great relaxing vacation.

Our host was absolutely amazing answering any and all concerns from the time of booking, to the end of our stay at the pink pearl in Bonita springs Florida! Not to mention the house was perfect and had all we need and more! The location to the beach and fun extra curricular beach activities, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores. But having a great host really made the experience that much greater! Would book again alone based on the host experience!

My family and I recently stayed at a property (Sunrise South) in Bonita Beach managed by Collier Global Vacations. We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our week at the beach. Our contact from Collier was responsive and easy to work with. I would highly suggest renting w/them in the future. I know we will.
