From what I have found is that Martha Murray Rentals has the best rentals by far in the Mid Cape! Growing up on Cape Cod as a kid and now living in Ohio the rentals I have used over the past couple years have been perfect for price point, location and quality homes. We absolutely loved our rental experience with Martha Murray these past two years. Check ins and outs are always easy, the properties are clean, and they offer great properties. Ours was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants, ice cream etc. The layout of the house is fantastic for families with its open concept shared space, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. We had a little issue with the washing machine and Martha Murray Real Estate rectified it within a few hours. Couldn't have been kinder or more efficient. Will definitely use them again this year!
