John was a big help. He thoroughly reviewed the use of the e-bikes with us and suggested places to ride. He even showed us a video of the ride we wanted to do and gave us a discount coupon for a place to eat along the way. We had a great time and will definitely rent bikes from Coastal Vibes again! We were at Pismo on vacation and rented a couple bikes to ride on the beach and it was the highlight of the trip. Customer service is tip tier. The owner gave us multiple options for where to ride, made sure we were comfortable with the bikes and gave us clear instructions on how they worked and even took pictures for us.
If you are visiting the area, I highly recommend you stop in here.

Great e-bikes and great customer service from Coastal Vibes! My partner and I rented a couple bikes for a day while we visited Grover Beach and Pismo Beach for a long weekend. Most fun I've had! First time riding an E-bike. Coastal vibes gave perfect instructions on how to ride, and provided me with proper safety helmet. Reasonably-priced and very friendly. My boyfriend and I had a blast and will be returning customers. I'm definitely referring my family and friends. I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

On Friday October 18th me and my friends went to rent e-bikes to cruise to the beach with our toddlers. My kid is the one that was not having it. She didn't want to sit in a bike she didn't want to put on a helmet. My anxiety was peeking and the man helping us with our bikes gave me an immense amount of patience and understanding. He was extremely helpful and kind giving me reassurance that everything was going to be okay. My friends had a blast on their bikes and we met them on the beach in the car. I just want him to know that his good vibes and loving personality helped me get through another day.

John at coastal vibes was awesome. We were visiting from out of town looking for something to do. So we rented some of his E-bikes and cruised all around PISMO. The bikes ran great and it was a great way to see the area and beat the traffic. Would recommend Coastal Vibes to your list of cool things to do in Grover/Pismo Beach area.
