I came to this man 10 minutes before closing. I asked to him for some help! He letterly helped with a big smile on his face ❤️‍?
I asked him how much? He said no and refused to take any penny!!! I said it's alright Dan I really don't mind paying because you really deserve it.. but he really refused to take any money!!! Wow!!
I'm really surprised that still there's some good people in this world ?

I got my mountain bike here Dan was really helpful and let try out several bikes. They also have a good financing deal with 0% apr if paid off in 12 months. Some of the bikes are expensive but there’re not the cheap Walmart kind.
Dan was very accommodating with a friend of mind who exchanged 3 times before finding the one he wanted.
You can also get a quick tire/tube change!

I can’t say enough good things about the owner, Dan, and the Clovis Bicycle Company! Instead of purchasing a new bike, Dan, fixed up my old Breezer bike for a great price! I’m enjoying riding my old bike again. I highly recommend this place. The owner truly cares about getting you the right bike at a good price.

I recently took my bike here for a new crankarm because the one I had was stripped where the pedal screws in. I specifically asked for the part and was informed that it was indeed in stock and I could leave the bike there for repair and I could pick it up. When it was picked up instead of the new part he only put a piece of scrap metal inside where the stripped thread was and still charged me the same price as if the part was new. When I called I got nothing but excuses that he did the job right when I'm telling him my pedal isn't even aligned correctly. I was considering buying an ebike from this place but considering the situation I won't spend any more money here. It's easier to buy the parts you need online and the tools instead of paying for labor costs and parts you won't receive.

Great experience every time I come here. Dan (owner) went way beyond expectations when he stayed open a few more minutes when I called, then rather than doing the (small) repair the next day, he just took care of it while I waited. Now my son will get to use his bike when he goes to school on Monday. So cool! I would never have expected this level of service and doubt I would see it anywhere else in town. Thanks, Dan!!

Dan is the man! I bought my 1st adult trike and am in love. No pressure to buy, was allowed to ride a terra trike in the shop. They sell themselves for sure. I bought a bike on consignment which saved me a ton of money. I was treated very nice and had all my questions answered. I will be telling everyone I meet where they can get great service at a good price! Customer service is such an important part of business; these guys have that in spades!
