It’s truly amazing place. The senior section of the place is very nice. I’m glad they take care of our seniors. They’re very responsible very professional in the dining hall is truly immaculate and the lady that runs. The whole thing is just special to many of us. she does a lot of things for people, and she believes in the Lord.

We celebrated our 40th BNI reunion at this beautiful venue and we couldn’t have asked for a more memorable night! The staff was professional and very accommodating. The food was delicious and we were allowed to add our own personal touches to make it an extra special event. You should definitely consider this venue for your next event!!

We can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff was to work with for our wedding last month, February 2025. Paige & Cori made sure everything went as planned. The dinner was absolutely delicious! I recently had my daughters Quinceañera at Cloister in the Woods. The owner Paige made our experience a huge disappointment & regret.
Communication through email the 1st year leading up to event. Never recieved a contract. Never recieved the floor plan. Paige told me everything i wanted to hear and changed her tune the second I paid in full. Made it seem like she did me a favor to "allow" me to set up the Wednesday before our event since it was Halloween week when really she didnt have staff to wk the night b4. The day I went to set up nothing was ready. I cant do my set up when they hadnt done theirs yet. The carpet and chairs were filthy. Cake smeared everywhere, employees blasting music never once acknowledged my presence. And when I asked simple questions they contacted Paige behind my back then Paige showed up to only give me an attitude and state that we're 3 days out to event & I need to remember it was a courtesy for me to be there to set up so soon. As I tried to set up tables & centerpieces i moved a few chairs to match my plan & Paige had an issue with that. A floor plan would have been nice to have for set up. Phony to my face but when I ask a question her whole demeanor changed. Night of event was a joke. Everything i placed out during set up was rearranged & moved. Paige didnt allow the dj to do what he planned for our event. Dinner was served an hour late & threw off the entire schedule for the night. The security guard whom I paid $200 for through venue was DRINKING on my dime the entire night which is completely unprofessional! There was no toilet paper in the restrooms. The cake was served after most guests left already. At the end of the night during clean up, Paige approached me to ask how I felt our event went. I spoke with her about our concern with our dj & crew not being served dinner after we asked 3 times & were promised they would. Paige became disrespectful & said if they weren't sitting at a table it wasnt her problem then refused to even have a conversation with me at that point & it said was time for me to leave...and then threatened to call the police on me.

We had the Mother’s Day brunch here! It was wonderful! The drinks were great the food was amazing and the staff worked very hard so the mothers could enjoy their day! Although we had to wait for our table for quite a while because they were so busy it was well worth the wait! I hope they do it again next year we will definitely be back thank you for a wonderful Mother’s Day brunch

This venue is beautiful nice and intimate for smaller gathering while having a wooded area in the back. We booked this venue for our wedding. At first Paige the venue coordinator was attentive to our needs. Once we signed off the contract, everything did a 180. Throughout the preparation of our wedding, Paige never answered our phone calls or emails, even though she stated that her email was the best way to contact her. When I emailed her, she still took days to respond back, sometimes months. In this day and age, when you have smartphones, it is UNACCEPTABLE to reply back with such a lack of promptness. Me and my fiance mentioned to Paige that we were NOT happy with her customer service/poor communication and instead of being apologetic she responded to us in a condescending manner. Paige's demeanor is not professional one bit. Management only wants people's money; once you sign the contract they will not be in touch with you whatsoever throughout the marriage process. I only give this venue 2.5/5 ⭐️ because the venue is nice and the servers were great the day of my wedding, particularly Gina. If I were to give constructive criticism, I would tell Paige and her boss that they need to seriously work on their organizational and communicative skills.

We had a funeral luncheon at Cloister in the Woods a couple of weeks ago. The food was delicious. The waitress/s were so sweet and helpful. They made a great impression on me for the extra assistance they did for our leftovers for our guests. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
