Julie helped us book our trip to Cabo and did an excellent job. The hotel had our names wrong on our transportation from the airport to the hotel. Julie worked diligently to get this corrected to ensure that we did not have any issues on arrival. She took care of everything and notified me when it was corrected. Based on our experience with Julie, we will be using her next time we travel.

Julie did a fantastic job setting up a trip for us to Cabo. She went above and beyond to find us the best deal and save us several hundred dollars. When we ran into problems with a canceled flight home Julie immediately jumped in and handled everything for us spending hours on the phone rearranging and helping us extend our resort etc, even saving us money again for the extension. She Followed up the entire time and made sure we were able to relax while she spent hours working on our behalf. I will never book a trip again without her help. The good people at Classic Travel always do an excellent job for their clients. We have used Classic Travel for several trips, and everything has always gone smoothly. It is great to get airline tickets, a rental car, and hotel reservations all in one-stop shopping. An employee of Classic Travel recently went above and beyond in helping my friend's 16-year-old child meet the requirements to travel outside the U.S. without her parent. It was the child's first flight, and Hannah spent a lot of time explaining the basics of navigating the airport, going through customs, how to download the boarding pass to her cell phone, etc.

We just returned from an amazing trip to Germany where we stayed in five different cities along the way. Jackie Brewer did a wonderful job of suggesting places to stay in each of these cities. Each hotel was wonderful and fit our needs perfectly. Jackie did a great job of listening to our wants and needs and crafting a perfect trip. She secured rental car and even our Hoffbrau tent tickets to Oktoberfest in Munich. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was a trip of a lifetime. Jackie Brewer was our Classic Travel agent. She did a great job. Our trip was an Alaskan cruise out of Seattle. All the arrangements went smooth. We went to Seattle early to do some sightseeing and she was helpful in our selection of a hotel and local transportation.
