This is a very cool park. Great shaded picnic areas. Very clean. Multiple shaded playground areas and splash pad across the street. Our grandkids liked the carousel. $1 per ride very reasonable. Horses look good from restoration process. Also well maintained outdoor volleyball courts.

Also there is a skateboard area and cool storybook trail for kids to walk through the park and go through a story about 3 friends on an adventure. Our 3 year old grand daughter liked the story book stops. 😉😊

Restrooms very clean as well. Not too many drinking fountains that we came across, but close to several places to get food, water bottles or snacks as needed. Walmart was a short drive South of the park if you need to grab anything like sunscreen, drinks or snack or a play ball.

Will definitely come back. Good job Park & Rec team! 👍

Visited fireman's Park so the kids could ride the carousel and play on the toys. We all loved the carousel, it's beautifully restored. Only a dollar for the ride. Kids loved the playground toys!

This is a beautiful park. Plenty of activities for children. There is even an old carousel that runs on weekends during summer months. There is a water park across the street. I'm not sure if it's a different park, but it's easily accessible.

This park is really nice! It's got several playgrounds with slides, monkey bars, rock climbing, and rope climbing. Various sections have a cover to block the sun. There's a restroom and venue building for parties. There's a huge canopy like structure for parties as well. There's a large fountain nearby that I didn't get to explore. My son came here after his field trip to the Blue Bell factory, which he also loved. We will certainly be back with the whole family soon!

Always beautiful and always peaceful. Bring some food for a picnic, hit the skate park, or the sand volleyball courts, or the playgrounds.

Clean and safe park. Really nice play sets for kids that provide adequate physical challenges by age group. I didn't see a restroom near the 2-5 and 5-12 play sets but I'm sure they're had to be some at the park.
