Wife was excited about taking a carriage ride during our vacation. We received a confirmation text an hour and half before our scheduled appointment. We arrived 15 minutes early and waited for 45 min. No call to inform us of a cancelation, no text asking to reschedule, no email except for the one confirming our appointment. All we ask is that it would have been nice/professional to have left a curtesy call so we didn't waste our time.

Anyone getting married please read this review before booking with this company. We booked with them a few months ago for our wedding. I was very excited about having a carriage exit from our reception. On our wedding day all of my guests lined up for our exit but the carriage was nowhere to be found. I had to call them myself and ask where they were. Desiree answered the phone and said that due to the rain the carriage rider unhooked and already put up the horse. We went outside to see if it was raining and it wasn’t. My husband and I crammed into someone’s car and went back to the hotel where we sat on the balcony for 30 minutes.. still no rain. They refunded our money but it still really upset me that on our special day they decided to ruin the end of it by not showing up. Very disappointed in their services and do not recommend them to anyone getting married due to the risk of them not showing up.

I took a carraige ride last Saturday with my family not a fan of the drivers I would take my family down town once a week or more and stop to talk to the driver Jed really nice guy his wife was really nice as well loved my 2 little ones always gave them horse treats to feed the horses. I asked the driver when they would be back. She said they left, Hopefully they will be back soon. Another thing the boss should really teach their drives on how to talk when there are kids around.
