I would rate this no stars if possible. I went to get chicken and jalapeño poppers and EVERYTHING was very dry tasted and looked like it was sitting there since this morning. They never want to make spicy chicken, and they are very rude. Even if they mess up the order, they will act offensive to you. I wanted to keep trying to see if they would do better, but this is too much, I will learn and never buy from there anymore. They charge too much to not give you good food.

Ordered on the app because it said it would be ready in 10 minutes, I live 15 minutes away .... Took forever so my grandson went inside to see why it was taking so long . Service has gotten so much worse since the name change , I don't know why , I used to love churches chicken but now I seldom go there because the service is so bad and the taste just isn't the same as it used to be ! You would think that if you spend almost $50.00 for take out dinner , you would get it a timely way !!!

Food was horrible. Chicken had been sitting there since this morning. It tasted old and the oil was burnt. Like it hadn't been changed out. Service was bad. Never again will I spend money knowing the chicken is not fresh or at least not sitting under the warmer all day long.

Just ordered a 12 piece chicken legs, thighs,and sides. Fkn ridiculous mash potatoes were all cold, biscuits were extremely hard and chicken was raw still bleeding and other pieces were super old like from this morning. Paid 40 dollars for all this bullshit food.
So many people complain an nothing ever gets done.
Its ridiculous.
They need to shut it down already.

Extremely rude I had a scan code for a 5 piece tender scanned my code at the window didn’t receive it and apon asking the manager said she didn’t hear me say that she made faces the whole time did not give me a receipt so we just left

Will never eat again at church chicken again, I compared the new barbecue chicken with the biscuit, biscuit is almost as big as the chicken, Chicken strips were dry Waste my money at this place do not go eat go to popeye's chicken They need to get rid of that manager for serving nasty food like that

I went to get chicken for me and my little daughter at6:00pm. The girl with tattoos on her face forgot to give me 2 jalapeños that I had ordered. So I told her and she got mad and only gave me one jalapeño and slammed the window on me. Well I never complained about anything. But this time I am she was extremely rude and the food was cold. This happened in Alice tx. I will never go there again
