I called urgent care for any matters but what they told me was irrelevant. At the end, she just said “mmhmm, bye”. Really? Whoever works at the front desk, you’re supposed to help our Navajo People. That’s why your position there. Especially some of these international and domestic nurses. I saw a sign at of the desk stating to respect the employees there, but some of them just have bad attitudes toward us when we are nice to them. Why employ these individuals who don’t want to work with us, heal us with these bilágáaná medicine?

This place is sad! EVERY time I go here the customer service (as is the people that work the windows before you go back to see doctors) is TERRIBLE. The people that work at this hospital have absolutely terrible attitudes. You could be dying and they wouldn't care one bit because they are too busy gossiping or on their phones. Then you have the people who are just generally mean for no reason. It is discouraging to come in there and be treated that way when you are sick or dying. You have to contemplate before you leave your house on whether or not you want to deal with those people while your not feeling well which is something NOBODY should have to do. If it wasn't for the doctors that are in back saving lives and actually have positive caring attitudes I would have given no stars. Those front desk workers need to do better! NOBODY forced them to work there and you are working in a HOSPITAL where the point is to HELP people not make them miserable before they can see the doctor.
