This driver drove into our lane almost hitting us then when my husband asked him to pull over he flipped him off cussing my husband out when he was the one that almost hitting us. My husband got out of the car to get him to pull over to the side this happened on the corner of Arcadian. We was at the stop sign on W.fifth street we was turning right on to Arcadian ave right as we are about to turn right this driver turns right into our line almost hitting us by 3 ft. Then, when my husband went to block him and make sure he didn’t leave, I just turned over to look to see what was going on. He starts flipping me off and cussing me out just for looking at him. Two cops came and talked to both of them. This driver needs to lose his job clearly he’s under the influence of something.

If there were a way to give zero stars, I would. This cab company is an absolute disgrace. Rude, unresponsive, and downright useless. After hours of trying to get a hold of them to resolve a simple issue for someone who had already prepaid (let that sink in: they’d been paid and still couldn’t manage basic customer service), I finally got through to a dismissive employee who couldn’t care less. This is a company that treats people's time and money with total disregard. Avoid at all costs. Get an Uber or a Lyft.

So I call the dude and he’s like “yeah I’ll be there to pick you up in about 15-20 minutes” so I call him when it hits THIRTY MINUTES and apparently without telling me he was going to paradise for another ride (I’m in Chico).

I don't even try to get a cab from these people. You can't because they never answer their GODAMN PHONE!!!! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.THEIR BUSINESS LICENSE HERE IN CHICO SHOULD BE REVOKED. THE STUPIDEST WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!! ITS NO WONDER THEIR CABBIES ARE LEAVING THE COMPANY, BECAUSE THERES NO BUSINESS TO SUSTAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES!!! MORONS THAT WILL ULTIMATELY FAIL AS A BUSINESS

Super rude, incredibly unreliable. I work for an organization that frequently requires the ability to call for a ride for clients at the hospital. These clients are extremely vulnerable and usually do not have a cell phone. When we call to check the status of their eta they either don’t answer the phone or are incredibly rude, when we are only concerned about the clients well being and making sure they get home safe. Most of the time it takes them an hour or two, if they are even able to pick them up. As much as I would like to support a local cab company, my organization is now using Uber. We will never be using this cab company again.

I called and asked for a ride at 2am because there were no Lyfts or Ubers available and I saw this service had decent reviews. As soon as I asked for a price estimate the situation went downhill. The driver I spoke to was condescending and rude and when I tried to call back and apologize for what I thought was my own rudeness and check to see if they were still coming they hung up on me, and when I called back after the estimated half hour to check in again I was hung up on, and after arranging a separate ride and calling to cancel, I was hung up on twice more before finally telling them I would be cancelling. I am appalled that a driver operating so early in the morning would not be any more sensitive to riders that are tired, and anxiously waiting to get home. I will not be using this service again.
