AWFUL. I gave them one star because I can't give them a 0. Would never recommend for either inner city experience or even visitors. I wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy. Paid in advance for a tour in September for my sister's birthday. A few days before the tour a person reached out stating the tour would be cancelled because they did not meet the four person requirement. Keep in mind, I had 3 of the 4 minimum required to attend the tour. After cancelling the tour they offered to reschedule however, it wasn't necessary because one of my guest was from out of state. They then offered a refund which I was fine with. Fast forward to November 11, 2021 and I have yet to receive my refund and no one has communicated with me or contacted me for a payment that was made in JULY! I have called their office, contacted via email, and NOTHING. At this point this is theft and I have to take a loss. If you want to take a tour of this great city definitely save your money and don't use this place. Read the other reviews, you will notice a pattern -- it's not a coincidence.

I booked a tour on 9/11/2021 for my birthday. I got a text message at 3 am the night before canceling the tour due to the driver having an emergency and having to cancel. I’m not mad at this happening, I was disappointed, but I made other plans.

They told me I was going to receive a refund, which I have not received yet. My friend who was also supposed to go with me has not received his refund. They offered him to go on another tour after he contacted them the first time, but he wanted a refund and still has not received it.

I have contacted them twice and have not received a response about my refund. I read positive reviews when the tours actually happen, but be mindful if the tour is canceled, they will take a long time for your refund if they even refund you.

I would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone. A family member purchased tickets for a tour weeks ago, and the tour was cancelled. The company sent an email stating the tour was cancelled due to the company's inability to meet minimum occupancy. The service was never provided and almost 3 weeks later....no refund. I became involved and have been promised a call back for two weeks now. Each time I call the "receptionist" says that no one is available to speak with me. Someone has taken my information for a call back twice.

We have been very patient and understanding, but to take a person's money without providing the promised service is stealing. It doesn't take long to provide a callback nor a refund. So, buyer beware with these people. Also, please be aware that your tour can be cancelled the day before your tour if they can't book enough people.

The customer service is non existent.

I was so excited to book the beer and bud tour with my husband for our anniversary at the beginning of October. We live out of state and we're visiting Chicago to celebrate just for 24 hours. On our way to Illinois I received a text message announcing our tour had been canceled due to covid-19, we could either reschedule or get a full refund. Since we do not live in the area we opted for a full refund. They texted back that it should be about 3 business days and I would receive a refund. It has been almost 3 weeks and nothing, I can't reach anyone to explain why. I would not recommend booking during covid unless you like missing out on over 200$ of your money for an event you never got to attend due to no fault of your own.

Had the pleasure of taking the Jazz Tour with my boyfriend back in November. He previously had taken the jazz tour and spoke so highly of the experience I was super excited to attend myself.

I gave my experience three stars because overall the experience was cute and enjoyable being with my boyfriend. I enjoyed the live jazz experience at Andy’s Jazz Club. We were able to order dinner and drinks. It was nice to stop at Dispensary 33 while it was still privately owned.

The reason I couldn’t give my experience a full 5 stars is because there were a few parts of the tour I feel could be strengthened. Firstly, the tour guide didn’t give much of any information about Jazz, Chicago Jazz history and culture or cannabis. There was a moment while on the tour bus heading to Dispensary 33 (the first tour stop) that the tour guide changed the jazz music that was playing and began playing jazz remix and house music. It drastically shifted the mood quickly. Everyone was kind of confused. When we arrived to the consumption space, we had to wait on the bus for a few minutes. This seemed pretty random. There was also confusion once we arrived to Andy’s Jazz Bar regarding our group reservation. Chi High Tours quickly had this issue resolved but I noticed we lost a couple in the midst of waiting.

Overall, I really did enjoy my experience. It was nice to connect with other people over cannabis in a safe space. I’m excited to take other tours.

Absolutely horrible bunch of thieves! Please DO NOT book with these people. My family and I are convinced this is an absolute SCAM. Booked a tour with them months ago and the tour was cancelled the day before….much like most of the newer reviews show. This was in September and we still haven’t received the funds. (this is over $400 they have stolen.

Once they have your money, they will dodge your calls and have the person answering the phone tell you no one is available to talk to you. Then, they will lie and tell you that the refund is taking longer than expected due to “banking issues”.

I am so glad people are starting to report/review them in order to warn others. Go explore the dispensaries, breweries, etc. on your own and save yourself the headache; and the robbery.

I booked a tour with them for last Saturday. Me and my friend both flew in from two different states for this tour. Only for it to be canceled on the day of the tour. I called and tryed to get on a another tour for that day. Receptionist said she would have someone call me back. And here we are a week later and multiple calls to them and still NO CALL BACK from them. Very disappointing I thought this was supposed to be the #1 tour. I’ll still be here waiting on my call back though. Hopefully the refund shows up soon.

And here I am again I waited the 7-10 Business days for my refund. Today is now 11 business days and no sign of a call from your company and no refund in my account. Not looking good on your part. Canceling tours and then not refunding the money.

Had a great time with the tour! They were very accommodating when it came to getting my tour scheduled when I had problems with it initially. Would recommend for a fun time on the beer and bud ride and think the stops to the museum would be even better
