Really great spot for families who are living their beat RV life! Grounds are clean, they have activities for the kids during the day, and I really love the fences in the playground as well. This is a great spot - there is also good people surrounding you in this park. Not like some that have questionable characters living there.
The staff is helpful.
Pool and spa are very clean!

You are honestly better off just pulling to the side of the freeway, less Neighbors and sane ambience. This is the least welcoming "rv resort " imaginable. Full view of freeway, all I could hear was freeway noise the entire night. Not relaxing at all!

The good: The park is well maintained. The weekend grill team is terrific! The duck pond is a nice addition to the park.

The bad: We are CRA premiere members and didn't feel very welcome here. About half the staff is pleasant... the other half hates that CRA owns the park and is happy to tell you that.

There is one guy that screams at people to slow down ...even when your foot isn't on the gas pedal and you are idling down the road. I have kids and drive slowly through every park. I was doing 8mph when they yelled at me. Yes. The posted speed limit is 5mph. Which doesn't apply to the golf carts or the security car that comes around at night.

The obvious: it's pretty close to the highway so there is some road noise.

This would be a way better park if staff was actually not talking badly about Colorado River Adventures...

It's a cute little Park the manager here is great all staff have been very kind the park is clean there's laundry rooms and shower facilities but Tamara the manager is very nice went out of her way to help me when I was having a hard time...

Best place off i-10 hwy, show up after hours no one in office at gate was a CB radio Mic to call night person answer in seconds parked a off to bad. Very clean great staff day person is gets was friendly clearing so so helpful just made our stay so much better. Best part off i-10.

Staff was friendly and facilities clean, but nothing can ever make up for the treatment of the salesman. He is in the WRONG line of work. I will never ever be a member here as long as they continue to employ him and continue their punitive practices. There are too many other better parks to consider.

Right on top of frwy
5 star staff
Wish owners would invest more into this CRA park...sites need more rock and less Weeds! Sites next to fwy near pool are AWFUL. Please remove dead trees/branches

It is 96 outside. This camp site only has 30amp. I am melting. While getting dead pines with sap dropped on my head and in my food.
