Disappointed… I ordered from them at times but this was a flop. Mistakes happen and all I wanted was an apology but the manager not only didn’t apologized but laughed and said they did all they could by calling someone minutes before boxing it and sending me a pic of the cake when it was already plastered in frosting is not what I expected and she claimed its normal they call 10 minutes before Yom Kippur seudah and it was just like what I ordered and it’s my fault when I made the order over a month an a half in advanced. I think a simple I’m sorry would’ve been fine .. but that didn’t happen.. I think the cakes look completely different and the party was still a success but it was a bit of a disappointment and more consideration goes a long way.

Great experience with chefness both times I used their services for my kid’s birthday cakes.
The cakes are beautiful and delicious! Decorations exactly as on the pictures provided to them!

We had so many compliments. I don't even eat Kosher but all my guests do so I ordered this and was very impressed. Plus the cake looked amazing also tasted so so so good.

We ordered a 50th Birthday Cake for my husband’s celebration on a yacht ?️ and explained every detail to the girls on the phone helping us. Their English was a big struggle but made it crystal clear that I wanted black fondant to avoid melting or spoilage due to time in the outdoors. Also sent a picture to them of a cake that showed the design we were after. The design came out nicely except it wasn’t edible as the balls were made out of styrofoam ‍♀️. There was no fondant but a heavily dyed buttercream with dark blue! The cake was good but on the dry side. The entire cake fell over after a few hours being outside as expected with buttercream in Florida temperatures. The taste was ok, but again the food coloring was so weirdly strong it overpowered the cake and the taste. We all had the severe runs aka diarrhea the next couple of days of bright green! To a lesser issue that they refused to put on a gold topper saying 50th. Instead Happy Birthday twice, once handwritten on the board that got all botched up and smeared! Not a good experience for a $200 cake even with a small discount.

I ordered a chocolate mousse cake they advertised on Postmates for Pick up and It was 45$ for one 8”in chocolate mousse cake which I had no problem paying for because it looked very beautiful and elegant on their Postmates and payed for and added a “HAPPY BIRTHDAY PLAQUE” which ended up actually being a cookie that they wrote happy birthday in. The cake they advertised on their page was NOTHING close to what I got. When I arrived to these warehouses and my gps said I arrived it looked so unprofessional, I opened the warehouse door and a lady that looked either high or drunk was asking me for confirmation. I was so confused because I ordered pickup on Postmates and then charge you immediately. So I show her my phone she takes my phone and just starts moving the page and asking for more confirmation. I hand her my license and try speaking to her in Spanish incase she didn’t understand English and the lady continues to only say CONFIRMATION and I had no idea what this woman wanted. I realized she’s asking me to pay again and then I remind her they have the app Postmates and they should be aware of how it works before harassing the people who use it. What a horrible experience and customer service, as soon as I got to my car to check my cake, I COULDNT BELIEVE IT. they gave me a FROZEN cake that looked nothing like what they advertised on the page. I’m a chef myself and this was just so embarrassing to even witness. The worst place I’ve Ever seen. The ladies had to be on drugs (their eyes where crossing and they couldn’t talk clearly) please dont fall for this scammer like I did. You will be embarrassed showing up with a cake that looks like it was made by a five year old.. SCAMMERS dirty dirty scammers. Please be better, stealing will almost always guarantee that your business closes and has a bad rep BECAUSE YOU HUYD BETTER BELIEVE, wherever I go I’m telling whoever it is, to run from this place. Word of mouth and thanks to Google that lets you post accurate reviews.

I came all the way from Mississippi to Florida, on vacation for my fiancé 40th bday. I ordered him a patron cake. Even though the details was perfect, I place my own patron bottles inside the top of the cake(cork was still on) and everyone that tasted that cake it was HORRIBLE! It tasted like dried up cornbread… it was horrible… being that I’m a business owner, me and my called, nice as can be to let them know. We’ve been giving the run around about at least giving us half back. They hung up on my mother, today, after she cursed them out for giving us the run a round since Sunday(6/27). We are very displeased…

Me and my wife have placed a cake order for our December 11th 2022 wedding on June 6th. We had in our contract that the cake will be delivered at 11:30am when the venue opens, they came to the venue at 9:30am before the venue was open. They had to return back at 11:30am, cake was redelivered not straight. Chefness didn't offer a discount, they had to send a chef in order to correct the issue. It put lots of stress on us on the wedding day.
