Recommended by a friend and it was the perfect place for a quick visit to Cape Cod. We stayed in a suite located in a smaller building off the main property. It's situated right along the coast and walkable to the main building and into town as well. The rooms were clean, living room spacious, beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was everything you could want away from home. The fire place in the living room was a nice touch and heated the whole room quickly. Excellent stay.

The whole stay there was great! we had a fantastic time.
We stayed in one of their cottage / villa room.
Our room was nice, but we were expecting to have a fireplace in it and it did not, so that was a bit disappointing. Perhaps we had to request it, but we did not know.
The staff was nice and cordial. It snowed a lot that weekend, and the staff swiftly worked on snow removal and even offered pick up and drop off from our room to the main Inn. That was very nice. We ate at their restaurant and the food was excellent!
It was our first time in Cape Cod and even in the low season we thought prices were pretty high. We are from DC, so we sure did not anticipate Cape Cod to cost more than DC, and little did we know, it sure did!
Overall, we had a very relaxing weekend.

My husband and I stayed last week for 3 nights. We were hesitant about staying during the off season but honestly it was the absolute best time to truly enjoy the amazing inn. The inn was beautiful, spotless, and the staff was fantastic. They were attentive, welcoming, and just all around delightful. We dined at the 2 restaurants that were open and the food and service were excellent. The room was cozy clean and comfortable. The doormen didn’t let us open 1 door and always offered to help or just a warm welcome or good evening. We booked a couples message at the spa and I will say it was pricey. That is the only thing I will say took us by surprise and we probably will have to pass on next time or go somewhere else. The spa was beautiful and the service was very good but when we went to pay we were shocked how much the massage ended up costing us. Almost $600 and that was with a discount being the off season. We ended our mini get away with the buffet breakfast at The Stars restaurant and it was absolutely delicious. We will be back and are hoping to make this our new tradition. Thank you Chatham Bars Inn for such a pleasurable experience.

My husband and I love this hotel! We stayed in the main building top floor ocean view suite. Our room was incredible. The service at this hotel is excellent and the atmosphere is classic coastal New England. Our stay was fabulous. We will definitely be back for a week in the summer. I highly recommend this hotel!

Dueling Pianos event at CBI last night was phenomenal! I went with two friends ....due to a scheduling miscommunication, we asked to speak with the event manager. Jen
went above and beyond to offer us seating at her own table. We were included in the delicious appetizers prepared for the table. Everything was extraordinary! The ticket price included a wine, beer, or soda from the bar. The staff there was also so friendly and helpful.
I was so impressed with the talent of the piano show, the CBI team and the fun vibe created in a perfect ballroom area.
5 stars for a great night at CBi.

^^straight from their website. We had our dog stay with us and after booking a nonrefundable room found out it was $200 PER night for the dog. But not just $200, there are then taxes and fees on each night. In addition to taxes and fees for just the room. We paid over $685 for JUST THE DOG for 3 nights. Never had a dog bed provided. Never got one dog treat. Treated like family is so far from the truth. Do not recommend.

The Chatham Bars Inn is an exceptional vacation spot. Whether it’s during the winter, spring, summer or fall the Inn caters to your every need. This year, we happened to be there during the 2025 snowstorm and what an experience. The Sea Mist Suite was a perfect cozy setting, the restaurants were exquisite, the Mixology class was educational coupled with delicious drinks and best of all were the Spa Amenities, particularly the outdoor hot tub in the snow. Thanks to all the staff for making our vacation another memorable one.

The CBI spa is in need of some updates. I am a regular customer year round and I feel compelled to write this as it just never gets addressed. Specifically the shower heads in the women’s spa make the experience of taking a shower almost unbearable. The non steam shower heads throw off what I can only call “spikey” water. The shower heads are very OLD and it literally hurts to take a shower as the water coming out is like laser beams, thin and knife-like blades truly harming the delicate skin on your face and entire body. It is painful…and I know that sounds odd, but no other way to describe it. And there is no way to reduce the flow or else you go into freezing cold water. I doubt anyone who works at the spa have ever personally used their showers and therefore are clueless as to how their clients are dealing with this. A few of the women in the locker room were all talking about this last week. Each of the four showers (two of which are steam showers) should have their shower heads replaced and each should also have the hand wand option as women’s needs in a shower are different than men. With the prices this spa charges, there is simply no excuse for not implementing this simple change quickly. There are great therapists and staff at this spa, and this simple fix should be made expeditiously.
