Had an event with them on Friday and they were amazing! I would like to thank Susan the manger for always being there when needed and made sure everything was smooth for the bride and groom! The waitress and waiters were so sweet and kind. Especially at the bar! I would highly recommend them to anyone that is getting married or engaged to book with them. Thank you to the staff and management for such a successful wedding. Well done!

Had an amazing corporate event at Chateau Le Jardin. The entire event from beginning to end was an incredible experience. The sales and event planners were kind, patient and friendly. The morning of setup Simon helped us with our never ending lists of demands and he did it with a smile. He was so accommodating and professional. The day of the event we had the world best service with Sham and Susan. They were attentive to every detail and asked important questions about placement, timing for food, clean up, and went above and beyond to make our guest feel like VIP. Thank you kindly to the staff at Chateau Le Jardin we will definitely be holding more events here!

Me and my husband will NEVER be able to thank the team at chateau le jardin enough for making our dreams come true. 2 years ago when we walked in and met Geraldine we were sold. Before even going to other venues to tour them we were sold. She spent 2 hours helping us, giving us amazing advice, making sure it all worked in our budget, and was beyond friendly. Every other venue would give us 5 min and basically ignore you. As time went on and we got closer to venue, they were so organized and on top of everything we never felt worried, day of wedding, we were floored!!! The food, drinks, service was impeccable. They catered to all our guests amazingly, and also to my husband and I, we never didn’t have a drink, and we never lifted a finger entire day.they are so kind and accommodating, our food was served to all guests popping hot. Our guests were in awe of how good the food was, even the late night stations. To bride and grooms to be, this is your venue!!!

We had an event this weekend, over a thousand people in addition to my organisation's staff and volunteers. The venue was perfect, the food was perfect, it was a truly fantastic event.

I would like to particularly mention Paulo, Suzan, Sham and the whole service team. They did a phenomenal job.

Victoria Hall was updated, painted all white. More modern and timeless.
First complaint was that the staff carted food across the dancefloor (and THROUGH IT TOO, even by the stage) at very inopportune times, like during the first dance!!! Should have waited for that one at least....photo bombed a lot of pics and videos. A thought to consider if having a buffet in the lobby area while kitchen is in the back of the hall...

Also,during the speeches and dinner which were quieter, we could hear the trumpets, drums, and mic of the event going in the other room (as a divider split the hall) and it echoed in a way that sounded like it came from the windows and all around...over the noise of 200 people in our hall. So soundproofing was not great.

Finally, Two staff for our table were also pushy/impatient in the manner of asking if we finished our plates (despite being half full, or still collectively eating), that gave off a time like they need to go home soon (from the beginning of the evening until the end).

I recently had an engagement party here. The hall is beautiful, the food was fantastic and Susan was the only person who was extremely helpful and accommodating. We had issues when setting up the event as our coordinator did not respond to any of our phone calls but once Susan got there, she helped us and out did herself throughout the event. She was constantly coming up to us and asking if we needed anything. She was attentive and super nice. Without her, the event would not have been wonderful. If you ever have an event here, ask for Susan and you will not be disappointed!

Lissa and her team were excellent for our wedding reception, offering outstanding service throughout the night. Lissa went out of her way to make sure our needs were met and was an outstanding person. Special thanks to bartender Rudy for providing great service meeting all our needs for drinks and providing his expert bartender experience, he was also a great person to converse with. Thanks to this team our wedding went exactly as we hoped. Thank You.

Where do I begin? Linda and her team made a huge difference in our experience for one of our family member's wedding celebration on Friday October 18th. This was a mixed Afghan-Lebanese wedding and as you can imagine, there were a lot of cultural celebrations, speeches, food preparation, etc.
Linda and her team were always there and watching to see what our guests needed, and she made sure that everything was on schedule and to our liking. Even though there were delays in our itinerary, she adjusted everything accordingly and double-checked with us to make sure that we were aware and agreed with her approach. It got to a point where we didn't have to ask for anything because she knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of things before they became a problem. Her team always had a smile on their face, were very attentive and kind. Our experience aside, Linda was a pleasure to work with simply because of her charm and personality. Our family and many of our guests specifically commented on how attentive her team was and compared how they were treated that night to the their experiences at other halls. I am convinced that many of our guests will come back to Le Jardin again to book because of how great our night was and will specifically ask for her and her team again. Thank you very much!
