I recently visited this branch and had an extremely disappointing experience due to the unprofessional and unhelpful attitude of an employee named Lulu. Her demeanor was unfriendly, and she displayed a lack of cooperation and professionalism throughout our interaction. She spoke in a rude manner and showed no willingness to assist customers.

It is deeply disappointing that Chase employs staff who fail to uphold basic customer service standards. This experience has led us to reconsider our banking relationship,
and we are now exploring other options.

I totally agree with this statement not helping the guy teller as well very rude. Customer service is the key to keep your job going with a attitude like that makes you look at things differently. Hopefully someone does something.

My sister and I were in this branch and it sounds like some people have had similar experiences. I didn't get the lady's name who assisted us, but she was very unprofessional and rude. It felt like she was put out for having to do her job. It isn't that difficult to be polite and professional. At least she had her mask on so I guess she is safe. Do better Chase.

Went in on 1/21 to deal with a fraud issue and was fortunate to grab Brian Cromer for assistance. He spent almost an hour helping me get things straightened out and extra security added to my account. He was gracious and patient.
Went back two days later in need of assistance with username and password issue and he was the only person I looked for. He helped me start fresh and we had a great chat. Thank you very Much Brian. You restored my faith in a bank I didn't want to have to leave.

It's 2/13 at 12:05 pm. Very Disappointing with this bank. NO one smiles or greet you when you come in. The Bank Teller is on her phone. She looks at me as if I am crazy making cash deposit and not explaining that I cannot deposit cash for another account even if we have the same last name. She just stares at me and ask me if I am the account holder? She should have check the deposit slip. She has no sense of customer service. I just didn't like the tone of her voice. Maybe I disturb her with something she was doing.

The tellers, are great. The remainder of staff is untrained and poorly managed. Do not call for any help. It will be a waste of your time and then some.

We visited this bank to open new accounts and were very pleased with our experience. Being older, it sometimes takes longer to transact business but the young man, Marquis Dias, was quite impressive. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the products, he was so very kind and patient with us. Definitely a five star experience.

this is a terrible branch!!!! it's 12:30pm and there are 8 people in front of me and 4 people after me. The worst thing is they only have 2 tellers during the busy lunch hours. What i've noticed is there are plenty of people on the cubicle side to take in new business, but not enough tellers to service the existing customers!
I've also asked one of the staff to see if they can call more tellers out since there are so many customers. She was nice enough to try but she said they are all on lunch. I think this shows how inefficient this branch is or how they don't care about the customers they serve!
