I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. It felt more like a journey than a mere transaction. The team was dedicated to understanding our vision and showed remarkable flexibility with decorations within our budget. Beyond just decorating, they guided us on what to expect on the wedding day and assisted in connecting us with other vendors. The Mehendi and draping artists they recommended were exceptional. However, we did face some issues with the garland and Airbnb vendors they suggested, which unfortunately resulted in financial loss. Despite these setbacks, the overall experience was highly positive and memorable.

No word is enough to thank Charlotte Event planners. As a bride’s mom i was very precise and demanding about some features.As my daughter grew up here,I had to come to a conclusion of fusion between eastern and western culture.She also was very picky and stubborn. We wanted a stage without back drop which was very strange idea but then we came to a solution and Devi handled that perfect! I wanted to have some Bangladeshi wedding mark ( specially in Halud/Haldi).Me and my daughter were very difficult as client. But Devi was able to earn our confidence . I was planning only for the reception but then I realized she will be perfect for our haldi ceremony too.I always wanted my daughter to have a memorable wedding day. Devi was able to reach my visualization. I made some Bangladeshi wedding props and she corporate that with her decor that blended with other substances .Devi , Ravi and Rohit were always calm and quiet with their words. These tremendous calmness helped us a ton in some nerve breaking situations.They worked as our friends. They made our dream to come to a reality . A ton of thanks to this beautiful family to be with us for making our significant events very special and accepting the challenge of our fusion thoughts.

It gives me immense pleasure to write a review for Charlotte event Planners, we are so glad we hired them for our daughter's Rangapravesam event.

They decorated the stage with such a precision, we felt my daughter is performing in a temple instead of a stage. Front decor and photo booth was out of the world . everyone appreciated the attention to detail and splendor in their work. Kudos to their hard work and great ideas that they shared with a lot of experience they gain in working for various events.

CEP is the best you can find in NC state. They have multiple decor options that fit all budget levels. I worked with them recently for my sister's wedding and they did an excellent job.
Owners are very responsive, and they can also share contacts for all kinds of logistics and vendors. If you are planning for a big event, then hesitate no more.
