Katelyn was a recommend vendor by our wedding venue, Lovingston Winery. We had a informational call with Katelyn last December and then selected her to be our day of coordinator for our wedding. We were planning our destination wedding from Texas and it was great to have someone local near our wedding venue for coordination and other vendor recommendations.
We ended up booking two other vendors through Katelyn's recommendation.

From our first interactions Katelyn was communicative, detailed, and friendly. We met with Katelyn three times virtually prior to our wedding weekend and she also met us for our final walk through in July. Every meeting we had was great and we got so much done every time. Katelyn always brought great questions and suggestions during those meetings. We provided her our wedding board and she was able to provide decoration recommendations and all for our wedding. We also hired Katelyn's rental company to provide rentals for our wedding, it worked out perfectly.

It came time for our wedding weekend and Katelyn was prompt and kept things going. Our rehearsal went smoothly the day before. The day of our wedding, Katelyn showed up early with her team and ready to work! It was so easy the day of our wedding, her team did everything from setting up our venue, flower coordination, directing vendors, and everything in between. During the day, of course random things happened and Katelyn was the point person to take care of it. She was quick to think when we may have forgotten sparklers for our send off and thought of the LED candles we used for our centerpieces instead, it worked out well!

We were so happy with Katelyn and her team, our wedding went smoothly and we were happy she was there to handle everything!

Katelyn was on my radar from day one. She said she had never done a wedding at Glenthorne Farms before and that enthusiasm had me hooked. I only interviewed two people. After my interview with Katelyn, I remember thinking “I feel like I know her.” I hired her a week later and it was one of the best decisions I made during the wedding planning process. She helped me find my amazing caterer. She answered any little question I had. But most importantly, she helped take over when I couldn’t do anymore. Unfortunately, my mother in law passed away 5 months before our wedding. She was so kind and patient. My mother stepped into help while we grieved. Katelyn was not only in contact with me but also my mother. She was doing double the work because she genuinely cares about the bride. The day of she was punctual, making sure everything was in order, and had her magical fanny pack to fix any bridesmaids malfunctions. She made sure that whatever I said I wanted done, she got done. Katelyn and her team made our wedding day a breeze. My husband and I cannot thank them enough for all the hard work they put into making sure the day ran smoothly. We used champagne wishes as our "day of" coordinator for our November 2023 wedding in Winchester. I say "day of" because Katelyn was with us along the way for many months - really much more than just the day of. She met with us multiple times, reached out to all our vendors, and took care of so much behind the scenes. We used a venue that is standalone so we had a separate bartender, caterer, DJ, photographer, dog sitter, transport company, rental company, and after party venue. She worked with all of them and took care of all the little details. On the day of it poured rain all day and she was working behind the scenes to have all back up plans in motion. After we 'called it' to move inside, the weather cleared up 55 mins before the ceremony. She worked tirelessly to re-set so we could go back to outside and pulled it all off! She and her assistant also transported everything back to our hotel after the event, packing everything up for us and somehow everything found its way back! All night long, we never didn't have a drink in hand as Katelyn and her assistant would just pop up with what we wanted before we could ask. She thought of literally everything before I could and I never had to worry. They even coordinated hand off of our dogs to a dog sitter after the ceremony.

My now husband and I hired Katelyn to be our day of coordinator but she was so much more than that! She worked with us through meetings and had our back to make sure we weren’t missing any important details. She had all the questions to ask and ideas for solutions when we got stuck.
