What an amazing customer service experience! Chrissy provided exceptional assistance throughout the reservation process. Making the reservation was a breeze, and she even took the time to confirm that it was sent and received via email.
Our 2-hour limo rental with Paola as our driver was fantastic! Paola made the experience even more enjoyable by graciously opening the door for us every time we got in or out of the limo. She also took the time to explain all the amenities and made sure we had the best possible experience during those 2 hours!
(Mind you this was a very last minute decision)

This is the second time I have used C&H Transportation to be our shuttle for my daughters weddings. And both experiences were perfect! Buses were clean, on time and driven with expert drivers. It was a pleasure working with them and we will definitely use them again! Thank you C&H for helping our guest safely enjoy the wedding and get transported safely!!

Not a reflection on the company as a whole obviously:
Agent was answering questions dry-borderline-annoyed to my fiancé when he called to inquire about wedding exit vehicle rental. After she provided pricing I asked:
What’s the SUV?
-2023
What’s the make and model?
-Chevy
*Pause*
What’s the model?
-Are you trying to BUY it?
No, but I would like to know the car I’m getting into…
I think she caught herself asking a rude question and closed the call better but WOW that was rude. I don’t think there is a misunderstanding by that point. Just train up a little, I get you probably get lots of calls but we literally called back to give you our business for our special day. I’m sure another customer would have answered rudely back. I get people have bad days hope this was just a bad day. This company has tons of great reviews sorry to leave a bad one.

C&H Transportation provided us with a 20 person party bus to transport our wedding party from the hotel to the church and on to the reception hall. I'll be honest, booking transportation was a vendor I was really nervous about - I've heard so many horror stories about unprofessional and late vendors throwing off the whole wedding day timeline! This was NOT the case with C&H - our driver was kind, courteous and showed up 15 minutes early to the hotel. He continued to be right on time throughout the evening and even helped me get off the bus in my big dress. The bus itself was clean and fun with lots of lights and a good sound system, and it included a chest of ice for drinks. Highly recommend this reliable and high quality transportation company for your event!
