Jen was by far our HOLY GRAIL and best purchase we made for our wedding. She saved our day I don't know how many times and I cannot tell you how many times I have said "without Jen, everything would've been in shambles." We had a pretty lengthy conversation leading up to our big day where she notated every detail I wanted for my wedding and made sure that happened on the day of. She was so kind, compassionate and directive, making sure everyone was in place and where they needed to be at ALL times! Every bride wants a "stress free" wedding day from start to finish and Jen helped bring that dream to life. All in all, she was amazing and I wish there were 100+ more stars I could rate her because she deserves it!

Now that our wedding is over, I am not sure how anyone gets married without a day-of coordinator. Jen was awesome and made our day move flawlessly.

First of all, her business model is awesome- she'll do what you need help with for 8 hours day-of. You're allowed extra hours up to 12 hours total, for an additional hourly fee (trust me, pay her until the end of your reception- you'll not want to clean up/breakdown your own wedding). I was struggling to find a day of coordinator that would do what I actually needed help with- a lot of DOC's have pre-set packages and there was so much in the packages I didn't want. Jen's model allowed maximum flexibility and total delegation of aspects I wasn't super knowledgeable about or simply didn't want to deal with.

Jen is very detail oriented. She will send you a timeline a few weeks out from the wedding to complete. There was so much my husband and I hadn't even considered or realized we needed to be conscientious about. We also had a minor problem with our venue owner, and she reassured us she "doesn't mind being bossy for us". She really calmed my nerves of everything going as smoothly as it could. My husband told me there were some little hiccups throughout the day, but I literally never knew because she took care of things without it interfering with our enjoyment of the day.

Jen was fabulous with communication and keeping things going the day of. She was constantly communicating with myself and husband if/when we were apart. Everyone was on the same page and she was a great leader for us. I appreciated the banter her and my husband had, as they were both previous military. I have read in previous reviews that she may come off a little cold or matter-of-fact, but I think that's the military in her- which we both greatly appreciated. Communication was clear and concise, but she wasn't rigid- she offered flexibility in how to proceed during different situations, and I felt completely supported the entire night.

We literally have no critiques. I've been recommending her to others during the planning process and would recommend to anyone planning a wedding in the future.

Jen was absolutely a fantastic planner for our wedding! Her and her assistant kept everything on track and helped in SO many ways!
After the night was over I even had guests saying “wow! Your planner was on top of EVERYTHING!” God knows that nothing would have went to plan if not for her! Thank you so much again, I would recommend her to ANYONE in need of day of coordination for their wedding!

I used Central Texas Planning as my day of coordinator for my wedding. While I was unfortunately unable to work with Jen herself due to unforeseen circumstances, Mia was awesome! She was on the ball for timing and not a single thing during the wedding was late! (Unheard of!!!) She was communicating with event staff and made sure everything in her power was taken care of! She was a one woman show so a couple minor things were left off but nothing major or noticeable by guests. We were able to have fun, enjoy our evening, and have wonderful memories. Thank you Mia!!!

Jen is the most amazing woman I’ve ever met and I don’t know how she does it.
She had everything under control, and she runs a tight, but smooth ship.
Our wedding would not have been anything that it was if it wasn’t for Jen. She made our day a thousand times better than what it would have been without her. I don’t know how she kept everything together so perfectly, but she did.

Jen & Mia are an absolute dream team and they did a wonderful job with my wedding. When I first reached out to Jen, I asked what packages she offered for day-of coordination. She said that she didn't do packages, but that she will simply do anything that you need her to during the allotted time. This was 100% true and she went above and beyond to accomplish everything we needed.

Jen does a great job at making your vision come to life and she takes the time to listen to your comments and concerns. On the other hand, she also takes control when necessary and makes suggestions to help your day run smoother.

Everything we asked Jen to do, she executed perfectly. And for the things we didn't think of, she was always one step ahead of us. Mia, Jen's assistant, was so sweet and did an amazing job supporting Jen. I really don't know what our wedding day would've looked like without them, and I would recommend this team to anyone for any wedding. Thank you so much!
