Went to ATM ( we are way out of state and our bank doesn’t exist in the south). Used ATM …$4 fee… got a fistful of twenties. Went inside to get larger bills… would not do it for me as I don’t bank with them. Corporate should accommodate tourists. The teller was kindly apologetic.

BEST BANK EVER. Tina is the absolute best. I won't bank anywhere else due to this branch's amazing customer service. My family adores Tina. She is amazing at her job and such a joy to work with. I feel very safe having my money at Centennial, specifically at this branch due to Tina. She always calls me back almost immediately although i know she is extremely busy and is always in a great, positive mood and there to answer any questions i have. I have nothing but positive things to say and my only regret is not switching to Centinnial Bank in Big Pine sooner. Thanks Tina and team - you all are truly the best! I appreciate you all so much and feel so safe having you all as my bank!

I switched from Bank of America to Centennial because I was tired of BOA's poor customer service. Tina Geide and all of the staff at the Big Pine branch have been nothing short of amazing. They know me by name as soon as I walk in the door (and I don't go that often). They go out of their way to be helpful and always find or take the time to get the transactions done and are extremely informative about different account options and if there are fees involved, etc. This branch does an awesome job of making you feel as if you have your very own personal banker. I VERY highly recommend using Centennial on BPK.

The bank manager wanted to charge us money to start a child’s savings account. The manager and her teller are not customer savvy. They had no customers in the drive thru or inside. Poor service but gave my child a good lesson on the reality of government backed banks which should never be rescued.

Everytime I call I get hung up on or disconnected. It's driving me crazy. The ladies in big pine are very nice but the customer care phone service is terrible.
