First visit. Disappointed after all the hype heard.
Ordered two pitas - Greek Chicken and Spicy Lamb ($26!). Handed to us cold. How does thick, cold pita bread strike you? What about cold, greasy lamb patties? This was an in-store pickup so can’t blame temperature on a 10 minute ride home.
Neither wrapping was marked which required opening and poking around to determine which was which. Heavily stuffed and came apart so eating became a messy affair. Both were tasteless. Came with three sauce cups -except for tzatziki, recognizable only by color and association, certainly not by flavor - with no explanation what they were.
The restaurant is clean. The pitas large. The server apathetic. Don’t think I want to gamble on their salads, not with the proven competition around

my bowl was so good i went back for seconds IMMEDIATELY after finishing the first one. when i walked in j was immediately greeted with smiles from the employees. i was recommended the braised lamb which was really delicious. they were very patient with me as it was my first time there let alone first time trying mediterranean food. perfect for new customers or customers with social anxiety. 10/10 food, service speed and price. i will be back!

Picking up the food I had to fill my cup with a beverage of my choice. The handles of the machines that you push the cup against look rusted/discolored. After opening my food at home the dressing 8 ordered in the side was in the salad. I don't even think the dressing was the correct one. I couldn't find the rice that was supposed to be in there and there was barely any steak. I was hoping for a better experience.

I had to try Cava, after hearing about how popular it was with everybody. I visited the Trinity location and upon walking in found it very cute and clean. The staff was warm and friendly and I appreciated the warm reception. Malachi saw me looking confused at the menu and welcomed me in and helped me figure out my order. I had a bowl with greens, braised lamb, corn, picked onions and this delicious balsamic-date dressing. I will definitely be back to try some other combinations very soon. It’s in my neighborhood so that’s extra convenient. This is my new location for lunch/dinner now!

Trinity is one of the best locations! Everyone is so friendly. Rashad (forgive my spelling) greeted me when I came in and him and Jennifer gave me the best service! Both I remember from my last time coming here! They truly make the atmosphere amazing!

So glad that we have one of these near us now. There are so many options for proteins, mains, toppings, dips, and sauces, they really have something for everybody. We've been at least 10 times since trying it for the first time a few months ago. The ingredients are always fresh and you get a lot of food for the price. Haven't had a bad experience here yet and I'm not expecting to! Seriously delicious food.

My wife did the create your own bowl while I enjoyed the falafel. Tasty experience, will definitely be back.
