Planning with Wedgewood Carmel Fields was such a smooth and easy process. Their planning team is knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. We worked with most of their partnered vendors, but bringing in our own was also very simple. Planning a wedding can be so overwhelming, but their team made things as simple as possible. They are truly the experts who love what they do! Our day of coordinator Sophie was incredible, and all the ladies who helped us prior were equally amazing! We would 1000/10 recommend Carmel Fields by Wedgewood to anyone looking for a venue in this area.

As a local wedding photographer, I've worked here since 2018 and have experienced this venue from both the vendor side and guest side! For those wanting to get married in Monterey, it's the perfect all-inclusive and budget-friendly option. Monastery Beach is one of the ceremony sites they offer which gives you that coastal feel. The reception area is indoors, so you don't have to worry about the changing weather conditions.

I also specialize in the Big Sur area, so some of my couples also adventured 10 minutes down the coast for their portraits! I included a few photos from that part of the day, so putting in a disclaimer that these were taken at a nearby state park and not at the venue. It's absolutely doable given how close it is to Monastery Beach though!

We recently had the chance to capture a wedding at Carmel Fields , and wow, what a beautiful spot! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how peaceful and stunning the location is. The outdoor ceremony space is surrounded by lush greenery, and it made for the perfect backdrop—it felt like something out of a fairytale.

The reception space was just as amazing—spacious, stylish, and perfect for a celebration. The lighting was great (a huge plus for both photos and video), and the setup made it easy to capture all the fun moments, from the first dance to the epic dance floor moves.

We also have to give a shout out to the staff—they were so friendly and organized, making sure everything ran smoothly. It really helped the day feel stress-free for everyone, which is always a big deal on a wedding day.

If you’re looking for a wedding venue in Carmel that’s gorgeous, easygoing, and perfect for creating amazing memories, we can’t recommend Carmel Fields enough. We’re already looking forward to the next time we get to work there!

We had the most amazing wedding day thank to wedgewood weddings ! The ceremony site on the beach was spectacular! The venue and reception was so fun and I felt so well taken care of the entire day. We had an incredible experience working with the Carmel Fields team at Wedgewood Weddings!

From the very beginning, we worked closely with Annie and Alycia, and they were fantastic throughout the entire process. From our initial meeting to all the planning check-ins, they made sure we felt confident every step of the way. We knew our wedding would run smoothly and be exactly what we envisioned.

What we truly appreciated was how easy it was to make decisions with the team’s help. Instead of scrambling to find vendors for every detail, they provided us with excellent options and recommendations, all from trusted, preferred vendors at reasonable prices. They also regularly host wedding fairs at the venue so you can meet all their vendors in person!

The venue itself was stunning, especially after its recent renovations. The exposed beams were just what we wanted, and the mix of natural greenery and modern design created the perfect backdrop for our photos, including our first look.
We also chose to have our ceremony at Monastery Beach, just a short 8-minute drive from Carmel Fields. It was the perfect location to complement the venue’s beauty.

I have photographed countless weddings at Carmel Fields by Wedgewood weddings and I have had a wonderful experience every time. The staff is amazing and responsive. The team of wedding coordinators make sure everything runs one time and efficiently but you never feel rushed. The bridal suite for getting ready had such amazing lighting for getting ready shots. There are numerous locations to decide on where to have your wedding ceremony and they all photograph so well.

I'm so happy I had my wedding at Carmel Fields! The beach ceremony and the reception were both gorgeous. They were kind and easy to work with during the planning process and answered my millions of questions. Day of, everything went smoothly and all of my requests were honored because of the hard working staff and my amazing Day of Coordinator, Alycia! We got so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was, how great the food was, and how nice the staff was. I can't thank the Wedgewood team enough for making our big day so great! They are true professionals and go above and beyond for their clients!

We had our wedding in the Merienda Room at Carmel Fields on 6/8/24 and the garden arbor ceremony. My husband and I have zero bad memories or negative things to say. Anahi, who provided our tour when we first visited, did our sales intake, and was our day-of coordinator, was AMAZING. 10 out of 10, she was so on point. Huge thank you to Anahi. We live in San Francisco, and planning from out-of-town was super easy. Wedgewood sent a huge binder with checklists and notes, and we had several remote planning calls. They are all pros, we would highly recommend Wedgewood/Carmel Fields to anyone looking for an all-inclusive wedding venue in Central Coast. All the vendors were fantastic, especially CCE, the DJ and upgraded photo booth team. I'm a huge music person so wanted to make sure the music was perfect, and it absolutely was. Lupe (our DJ) was awesome! Plus the Merienda Room is gorgeous, the surrounding hills look like Switzerland. We could not have been happier with how our wedding went. Thank you again, WW!
