This travel agency is amazing. Suzanne helped us plan a European Vacation that was spectacular. Personal services & constant & clear communication made our trip so much easier. Went on an overseas tour through Carlson and was very pleased with the expedience of our travel - flew through the customs line around everyone else, got private tours at the most famous sites, and felt like a local even in the safety of the tour group. 3 weeks ago I called ahead made an appointment with a Travel Agent at this agency. She tried her best but that apparently was not using a properly working computer to book our trip. Not sure why the owner or manager there would set up an office of such disarray. I just needed help to book a simple last minute trip to Las Vegas! The agent herself was well trained and booked our trip and gave us great ideas and her boss kept interrupting her. We felt so bad that this was done right in front of us? We had a great time but wanted others to know the we expected proper service and its was not the agents fault that her computer needed repair or replacement. Poor Business practices make for poor business.
