A day trip with Captain Brian to Cayo Costa and Cabbage Key is an absolute must for anyone visiting Southwest Florida! On our recent family vacation, we drove two hours from Port Charlotte for the pleasure of spending half our day with Captain Brian boating, shelling and adventuring. My inquisitive and curious child had the time of his life! Captain Brian kindly indulged every question, providing a fun and exciting learning experience. The grown ups had equally as great a time learning about the area and exploring. Captain Brian’s knowledge is second to none and I could not recommend him more highly!

Captain Brain is amazing! We have loved our adventures with him! He is extremely knowledgeable about his surroundings. On each of our trips he has taken the time to get to know us and show us things that we are interested in seeing. We especially have enjoyed visiting with me over lunch at the local restaurants. We can’t wait for our next adventure!

I booked a private tour as a surprise for my husband as a 30th anniversary gift. Our focus was shelling with some wildlife thrown in. The tide wasn't in our favor that day, but you know what? That didn't even matter! Our day was absolutely fantastic with absolutely gorgeous spots that Captain Brian picked out for us to stop at. We saw manatees and all sorts of different varieties of birds. He made sure that we were having the best experience that we could and that made all the difference in the world. You can see that Captain Brian is passionate about what he does and that translates into a bigger and better experience than you might find from another company that offers the same services. We went out with Captain Brian today. He was friendly, he knew his stuff, showed us around all the little islands. So much fun exploring around. Absolutely will do it again. If your visiting Sanibel/Captiva you must go on a boat tour the Cpt Brian!

As good as it gets! That's how I'd review every trip my family has taken with Captain Brian. Over the last 5 years, we've been out with Brian 9 times. We've seen so many wonderful things. We see numerous dolphins every single outing and we've seen all ages of dolphins including adolescents and even a dolphin still with fetal folds! We've seen manatees, a school of stingrays, tarpon, and more birds that I could ever describe. We've done so much wonderful shelling. Of course the shells are at the mercy of the tides but we've gathered many unique shells including sand dollars, lettered olives, shark's eyes, angel wings, banded tulips, drills, whelks, baby's ears, scotch bonnets, fig, and even a junonia! It's come to the point that we are quite choosy with our shells. Beyond Brian's shell knowledge is his knowledge of the area overall. He knows every nook and cranny from Captiva and Sanibel to Cayo, Cabbage Key, Pine Island, and the surrounding keys. What do you want to know? History of the fish houses, flora and fauna, shell mounds, depth of the sound, best entree at any of the local restaurants? He truly knows it all. He also keeps his boat spotless, provides a giant cooler full of ice, and shade if you need it. We've gone from a couple to a family of four during the years with Brian and when we added the kids, Brian was prepared each trip will life jackets for the littles. I can't recommend him enough!

During our Christmas Holiday we actually spent Christmas Eve with Captain Brian it was a GREAT DAY ! We went Shelling which was Amazing 🙌🏻then had Lunch at CABBAGE KEY 😊Captain Brian is very Experienced like 24 years which makes it even better 🙂 he’s very knowledgeable about the Island as well as the Wildlife that’s on it ! Every time I return to this area I look him up and have been for years now!! Captain Brian makes it a FUN FAMILY DAY and my kiddos look just as forward to his Boating Tours as I do ! If your in this area Vacationing or just Visiting this Tour for sure is a MUST DO !! ❤️🌴🐚🐬🐠🐢🦂🦅No regrets taking this TOUR 🙂 you will only leave this TOUR with SMILES / more knowledge about Sanibel /Captiva Island and Shelling Tips from the BEST !!! We had a great time. Seen a stingray, shark, manatees, and dolphins all in or first hour and then spent the rest of the day on the beach shelling. It was a great time and captain Brian is very knowledgeable and nice. Stopped to answer all of my daughter's many questions. Would defiantly recommend and come again on or next trip back to Captiva/Sanibel island.
