Wonderful wonderful wonderful place--- My family has been staying in Mashpee for decades and this was our first stay at Holiday Estates. We previously stayed at the Sea Mist up the road which is lovely. Holiday Estates is more private since all cottages are separated and among a quiet, wooded area. The property is nicely maintained, but not overly manicured, with a nice community center, indoor pool, and even quintessential wild turkeys roaming free all over the premises. Each cottage is bright, airy, plenty of room and two decks for outdoor enjoyment and that beachy feel you want. Amenities include central air, full kitchen with dishwasher, two full bathrooms, and washer and dryer. Since you have the ability to wash the management prefers you maintain the towels they provide, but they will give you fresh ones when you need. It is very close to South Cape Beach and Mashpee Commons. I wish we knew about this place years ago. I enjoyed every minute here over our 4th of July holiday and I would stay here again at any time of the year. Thank you for one of the nicest stays I have ever had on the Cape!

Snuck in again this year for our fourth stay here. Perfect as always! Perfect cabins fit for any family, which are always well-kept and ready for move-in. Plentiful amenities include:
-an extra-large pool which is always quiet and clean
-double tennis court supplied with full equipment for tennis, pickleball, and badminton
-tons of other equipment for outdoor recreation: bocce ball, shuffleboard, basketball, horseshoe, croquet, and golf
-recreation center/clubhouse equipped with plenty of chill seating, ping-pong, puzzles, TV with DVD player, treadmill and elliptical, and a fireplace for winter
This all comes with amazing staff who will ALWAYS go out of their way to make your trip perfect. The maintenance guy especially is very helpful. Very hopeful that this place will stay the same under coming new management, and I'm looking forward to another stay here!

Wanted a quick off season weekend away and found Cape Cod Holiday Estates. Each place is it own private house ,2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, full kitchen. Very spacious and comfortable. Just a few miles away from Mashpee Commons and about a mile away from the State Beach. The staff was outstanding. There is only a indoor pool no outdoor pool. This is a timeshare resort but happily no sale pitch. Just what we were looking for. We would definitely do a return visit.

It was a great place to stay. A very roomy cottage, with a back porch. There were a bunch of things to do there, and near there, also.

We had 2 units for a weeks family vacation. First time with a toddler. It was perfect. The resort is close to many beaches and shopping yet quiet and private. The inside swimming pool was a favorite place to cool off from the hot and humid weather. The baby loved the swings at the playground. The units are well equipped including washers and dryers, and charcoal Weber grills. We hope to go again next summer!

Our stay at Cape Code Holiday Estates was excellent. The room we stayed in was clean, well maintained, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The employees are friendly and helpful. The property is clean and well maintained and the wild turkeys the go through the resort are a nice touch. The property is a few minutes drive of a beach and stores are within about a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend.

I've stayed here 3 times with my family, all three have been amazing! The houses are well kept and comfortable, the amenities are in great condition, and the staff is super friendly.

The location of the estates themselves is great. Only about 5 minutes from a great beach! There's a cute trail right behind the back row of houses to go for a walk. There's always flocks of wild turkeys that wonder through the area and woods. Super cool to watch!!

The recreation room has tons of fun stuff to pass the time while there. Pool is always clean and rarely busy. They offer free coffee in the office and snacks/merch/postcards to buy there as well! The mini golf is fun, so is the tennis court- materials for both can be found in the rec room!

Always worth a stay, I recommend especially in the off season.

This condo was perfectly situated for easy navigation around the Cape--with beaches as close as 5 minutes away. There was also a second sitting room with a partition that could function as a third bedroom for our toddler. As we were sick all week, the setting and space allowed us to get out when we could and get away from each other when needed. The pool was also a welcome respite and the staff were wonderfully helpful. Would highly recommend.
