This hotel has great customer service and rooms are great. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The beds are soft and the sheets are clean. This is my go to hotel whenever I’m in the area. I highly recommend you come to this Candlewood whenever you are here in North Little Rock Arkansas.

Great stay. Free laundry. Free bbq grill use. Great stay overall. The beds are soft. Love that they supply you with shampoo and body wash so you don’t have to use your own. Very nice front desk people and hotel staff. Only down fall is the pool is closed.

The room was pretty nice. I stayed in the studio suite. The key reader on my door malfunctioned and it took the front desk quite some time to get it open for me. I ended up moving rooms because of it. But the front desk was very nice and very helpful. I can't say it's great location in NLR but it wasn't terrible.

Rooms were clean and spacious with a highly accommodatting staff, laundry and grilling patio are nice amenities, with reasonably priced supplies available in the cupboard. Shower / restroom well thought out with comfortable furniture and working space in studio style room.

Very nice. And very clean. Good facility. Rooms and decent sized. And everything is not a long walk or drive. Will be back soon. With the family. I am down here for work till July. So I will make the best of it. Hope they keep it up. I miss Arkansas been living in Missouri for a while now.

Great stay wonderful general manager sales manager and staff everything was great overall just wish room was serviced more but once I talked to the manager he ensured that it was kept up and that the customer priority was first highly recommended for people who are working off needing somewhere to feel like home .

Very clean and comfortable with nice amenities and accomodating staff but no pool. Grilling patio makes up for the difference.
