This place is great. While we waited for our airboat tour, we had drinks and appetizers at the bar over looking the water. The lady in the gift shop was kind and even let us hold the baby gator which I loved! The airboat tour was spectacular. Captain Frank was very kind and knowledgeable about where to look and even took a family picture for us. My family would definitely go again!! The food was delicious as well as the drinks.

The airboat tour is absolutely amazing! I was nervous we wouldn’t see any gators because the weather was cooler, but we saw so many! Babies, adults, etc. captain Shane was excellent! We didn’t have to wait long at all for our tour.
The gator grill on the hand…. The waiter was friendly, but service was very slow! The drinks were terrible! The sweet tea tasted like it was made with the lake water. Even the soda had an off taste. The waiter was well aware of it, as apparently they’ve had complaints before.

Camp Holly is a great place to spend the afternoon. We enjoyed drinks and lunch on the deck while listening to live music by PHEONIX. The house special Bloody Mary’s are delicious. The shrimp and grits and Mahi bites were also very good.
The Airboat rides at Camp Holly are good. We have never had a bad ride but Captain Anthony was very talkative and gave us a lot of information about the St John’s river and the alligators that we were there to see.

Saw so many gators!!! Apparently January is one of the best months to see wildlife 😀 Captain Shane is an awesome tour guide, so knowledgeable and friendly. I'd never been on an airboat before. Even without the gators, riding along the river was so much fun. Would definitely recommend and would come back again!

NOTE: Remember to bring cash to tip your captain!

Had a fabulous day here yesterday. The weather was perfect - clear, blue skies, a little breezy, and the river looked magnificent. Our guide sped us to the channels where the alligators hang out - here we went more slowly and our boat was manoeuvred so that everyone got a good chance to see the animals. There was no commentary- which I didn’t mind, but my husband would have liked. Both of us really enjoyed the experience. Back at Camp Holly, we had a lovely lunch of lobster rolls. Altogether a great day out.

It was perfect weather for us to enjoy a airboat ride. Kudos to our Captain Anthony. We learned something new about alligators. The place has gift safe and restaurant. The boat is very loud but they provide cancel noise headphones to minimize the sounds. I Definitely not recommend this for kids under 3 years old.

Although this was our first time at Camp Holly, we are 0-2 on seeing alligators on these tours. Unfortunately on a hot day in September they don’t like to come out (previously went on one in December and saw none as well). However, the ladies in the gift shop were very nice and my son loved the baby alligators in the tank. The bloody mary from the bar was fantastic. The upper deck to look out on the water was pretty neat. Also, as I do understand the ride is loud when it’s moving, there was little communication from the two ‘captains’ of our boat. I guess I expected an intro speech of some sort but there was none, and nothing at the end. Our captain spoke once at one of the times he stopped to point out a nest but that was it. I would have loved some more education/knowledge with the tour. But overall the facility was very nice and wow would try again.
