Unfortunately this was not a pleasant stay for us. First impression- we walked into the lobby and it reeked of marijuana, (which also happened on a separate occasion leaving the hotel.) What was more upsetting is our room was not ready at 3 pm as stated for the check-in time. This is unacceptable. We arrived at 2:55pm after a very long day of traveling that started with a snowy/rainy early commute. We were told the room hadn’t been cleaned yet and the staff gave us no indication of how long it would be. She apologized but it did not feel sincere. It turned out to be 35 minutes. Very disappointing especially after I did early mobile check-in at 8am. We were on the 13th floor in a room with an a-joining door. You could hear the people talking in the next room while we were trying to watch a movie. Not shouting, just talking.
I received a text message the next morning about room service asking if we needed anything. I asked for fresh towels and trash to be emptied. Neither was done when we came back to the hotel at 1 pm that day. Because we weren’t enjoying our stay, we decided to leave a day early even though we booked 2 nights. We left at 2 pm and were told we would be charged for the entire night because we didn’t leave by 11am. (They don’t honor their check-in time, but happy to charge you for an entire night when you’re late to check out.)
Did I mention the parking garage is a 10 minute walk to the hotel? So plan on paying extra for valet if the weather is bad like it was this weekend. The one good thing I can say is the beds were comfortable, that is it. Other than that there was nothing positive about our stay. I called to speak to a manager and they don’t work on weekends. We will never go back.

We spent 3 days in Spring 2025. Location is amazing there a T right in front of the hotel, as well as a Starbucks, Circle K, and few others restaurants.

Janilce and Gui at the front desk were amazing. Super professional and kind. 5 start

The hotel is very modern and clean. I’ll definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed staying here. Location is great, close to the airport.
Customer service was great. The gentleman at front desk who checked me in was very polite and great customer service w/c set the tone for my stay. Room was good, small but very clean. I was on 9th floor, so my phone network connection was not good (Verizon). widi worked fine on my laptop.
breakfast was good and decent, beautiful view from the lobby. Also, depending on which direction of the building your room is, you would get a great view.

Positive: Location was great as it is right next to a T stop and only one stop away from South Station where we took the Amtrak in from. Lobby decor was aesthetically pleasing, staff were friendly & knowledgeable. Free breakfast was no frills but perfect. Negative: Room was small but to be expected.

This hotel boasts a pleasant ambiance, a lovely lobby, and clean rooms. We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing stay. While the lack of parking and the valet parking was a drawback, and the cost was almost as much as our nightly room rate, the room rate itself was worthwhile. Breakfast was adequate, though it lacked hot food options. I would happily stay here again for the value.

Excellent in every way - location, attention to detail, service, quality and attentiveness. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again. My husband and I are staying here for three nights to celebrate my 50th birthday. The staff greeted us with an upgraded room, a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a happy birthday balloon and champagne! We have also received text messages before and during our stay to ask if they can provide anything else for us. I am very impressed by this hotel and the hospitality we have received!

The Hotel is basically good for the money and location.

Parking is terrible, but it's in a busy corner location...

My only real 2 complaints are the room service is terrible...they make the bed and not much more..was here for 4 days had room service twice because it was our doing..but towels and face cloths where not attended to and soaps and toilet not very clean...

The other is the non- breakfast very limited and no products..always saying there out...this is 2 hours into a 5 hour long time 6 to 11 am...service...

But price and conveniently located is why I would come back but only if the price is lower then other near by...

Mid range hotel with nothing around it and no amenities. 0 sound proofing. I got to listen to the elevator starting at 5 am going up and down, traffic outside, and every noise from every room around me. The dude below me snored super loud.

I also hope you enjoy freezing because there was no way to control the room temp. Tge thermostat is locked so you can't do anything to change it.

They charge a $300 a Night deposit for a $150 room. You aren't the Hilton calm down.

The front desk staff lack empathy. I normally stay at the omni but they were sold out this particular night. Will NEVER stay here again.
