LOVE to bring my family here! The Tee Pee's were so fun and such a unique experience for little ones.

The customer service is top notch! I was able to plan our trip really well based on the questions the staff were able to quickly answer based on what to bring and helpful planning with the unpredictable Texas weather. The staff even hand delivered a smores kit my girls absolutely loved! I hope to make this an annual trip for our family 🙂

We enjoyed spending two nights in their Seguin location during Spring Break, March 2025. We found the house to well-cleaned, accommodating, modernized. The queen bed was nice, and our teenage daughter slept on the fold out couch. The location is very close to downtown Seguin, plus a quick driving distance to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We are glad we did the air b&b instead of a hotel. We believe we got much more bang for our buck this way! The house was easy to access, secure, with every detail laid out well. We hope to have another opportunity to stay here!

We had an amazing overnight stay in this beautiful tipi over New Year’s! We wish we could have stayed longer because the experience was incredible. The kids absolutely loved it, and so did we! The tipi is clean, well-maintained, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, making it easy to relax and enjoy the unique setting. It’s a perfect spot for a memorable getaway—we can’t wait to come back!

What a great property! We chose this location for convenience for my daughter’s wedding nearby and the choice was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised to find the spacious property fully decorated for Christmas, which gave it a marvelous homey feel. My wife even got a decorating idea for our house for next Christmas. We had two dogs accompanying us so the large yard was a great bonus for us and the dogs who got to run and play often. If you are looking for a place near Canyon Lake/Gruene/New Braunfels, this place will not disappoint.

The group of stray cats lurking around was a bit much. Beds are very uncomfortable otherwise the tipis are a cute glamping option. We enjoyed our stay.
