The Pismo Beach California Welcome Center is conveniently located between Coach and Guess, tucked away in the corner of the Pismo Premium Outlets. Recently remodeled, it has a spacious and open interior. Visitors will find vending machines, ample restroom facilities, an ATM, and a wide array of free magazines and brochures showcasing different destinations in California.

The Welcome Center looks great! There are some new videos playing on the TVs and I hear they're going to start selling souvenirs like coffee mugs and keychains.

I've never been in one of these, since I don't need welcoming to California. It's pretty neat, with a lounge with charging stations in addition to the maps and brochures and restrooms you'd expect. Also they have a ton of gift cards for some reason, including a bunch for places I've never seen cards for (like Thinkgeek).

GREAT BIG BATHROOMS, NO WAITING!! Info desk, helpful employee, probably every gift card under the sun, drink & snack machines. Bus & RV parking in the back along with a pet area. Shopping Center sidewalk access from the front. Close proximity to the ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY!! What more could you want?

Lots of information such as brochures and magazines for places around California. Bathrooms in the back. The workers didn't seem to care about us when we went in, so it wasn't really a "welcome" center.

No post cards or keychains... Just brochures. Guy working there sounded sick. The guy also had no idea where to get a postcard.
