We used Cache for our wedding rentals and they made the process a breeze. Our venue was transitioning to them at the time we secured our wedding date, and we are extremely glad that they were our vendors. Whenever it came to creating meetings or even when my wife wanted to pass by to their warehouse and execute her vision, Javier and Laura were always extremely kind and accommodating to make sure that she had no worries. They even went out of their way to order the exact napkins we were looking for and we are so extremely appreciative of that! They are a sister company to Nery’s flowers - which we also used for our wedding day - and we highly recommend going with both vendors together for your special day. Thank you very much to Javier and Laura, everything turned out perfect and exceeded our expectations!

We recently used Cache for an event. I had called several places and they were by far the easiest and most affordable to work with. Their communication was seamless and the transaction went smoothly. There was a small issue upon pick up of the rentals, but they were very professional and we worked it out. I am so happy to have found them! We ended up booking Cache Tents and Events about 2 weeks before our outdoor wedding when the weather reports were predicting rain. Even on a tight timeline they were incredibly easy to work with and so accommodating. The tent was beautiful and we booked them again for an outdoor housewarming party as well!

I posted a yelp review and the owner responded calling me a liar. This is the kind of business man Javier is.
I used cache for my wedding this month. The wrong charger plates were delivered and the chairs delivered were all in poor condition. I paid $7-$8 per chair and after complaining (post wedding day) | received a refund for half the amount of the chair rental. This does not take away from the fact that I used them for my wedding and was extremely disappointed in the service received as well as the product that was delivered. The correct chargers were delivered later that day but you should be able to trust that a party rental company would have their crap together, and these people do NOT. Steer very clear of this place and PLEASE do not use them for Your wedding like I did.
