Awesome camping and rafting experience. Cache Canyon River Trips is a great operator - they make things feel fun and easy without being overly rigid. Mark and Brandy are super nice, they make the campsite feel very homey and comfortable. The rafting is super fun - you definitely need to know what you are doing a little bit going through a Class 3 with no guide! But it's very safe and a great day on the water to beat the heat. Recommend for all ages - excited to go back soon!

I have been doing trips with Cache Canyon River Trips for 30 years. 6 of those years with Brandi and Mark as the owners. The best part about doing the weekend trips with my son with CCRT is that we truly feel like family. They always go above and beyond for all of their guests. We're 2 inexperienced rafters who were a bit nervous to try an unguided trip as our first time, but felt safe the entire time. You're on the river with around 30 other rafts, so rarely out of sight of someone. It was the perfect difficulty level for us -- we got stuck on rocks a few times, but never flipped.

More reassuring (and not mentioned on the website or training prep session) is that they *do * have around 3 spots where a person is assigned to sit and point in the direction you should go, to help you avoid particularly tricky rocks.

I'm not athletic at all, so I sat in the front, and my athletic friend did the heavy steering in the back. I thought we were dragging behind the other rafts, but we were the 2nd to arrive at the endpoint.

If you have a cooler with ice, I recommend sticking the provided lunch inside it before boarding your raft. The lunch is packed in a small bag strapped to your raft, but there's no icepack inside. When the weather is in the 100s, the water doesn't keep it cool.

When we decided to pull over to eat our lunch, we tied out raft to some reeds to keep it from drifting away. Lucky us, there was a massive blackberry patch next to us, so we had an extra snack!

One last note: In a 2 person raft, don't expect to have much time for photos unless you fully park the raft. The calm stretches don't last long and still require paddling to stay centered and avoid rocks. Sort of wish they'd had a photographer taking pics along the way -- would have happily paid $30 extra for a video of us in action 😀

Our group had tons of fun rafting this weekend. Great organization, the food was delicious and had a good variety, the entertainment was a lot of fun. Very helpful, I rented a tent from them and when my air mattress kept deflating they replaced it.

I recently went on the Cache Canyon River Trip, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly professional and interactive, making sure everyone felt comfortable and safe throughout the trip. The safety overview they provided before we set off was thorough and reassuring.

One piece of advice I'd like to share with fellow adventurers is to bring plenty of water, sunscreen, and extra food in a watertight container. The journey can get quite intense, and having these essentials ensured we stayed hydrated, protected from the sun, and energized throughout the trip.

I highly recommend the Cache Canyon River Trip to anyone seeking an exciting and well-organized outdoor adventure. You won't be disappointed!

What an outstanding weekend adventure we had with Cache Canyon River Trips. We booked the weeknd trip. Camping, Breakfast, snacks and dinner included (All Delicious BTW! ?) Two days on the river! Incredibly priced I must say! ?

The team @cachecanyonrivertrips was exceptional! Great family vibes, customer focused. You can tell they love what they do! ?

We got a crash course in communication and heart core teamwork!! Thankfully no matter what obstacle we encountered, we came together like buttcheeks and giggled our way forward!

We are sun kissed, bruised, our bodies are joyfully spent! I am ready to plan our next trip!?

Cache Canyon River Trips hosted my 65-person company event and it was awesome! They were so organized, responsive, and very easy to work with. There were even people that wanted to have a BBQ on shore rather than raft and the owners made it totally seamless to host both events at once.
