Bermari at BW travel agency was fantastic to work with. She gave us suggestions and an itinerary that matched our requests to a T. When we had any questions she was very quick to respond. When we wanted to tweak a destination/activities she worked with us on that. This trip we traveled to Italy. Bermari's setup of transportation (train, private transfers) worked so smoothly and was a big relief given it was our first time in Europe . Very thankful for her work and we recommend highly.

Bermari was great! She made the process seamless as I transferred from Royal Caribbean to our group of 37 through her agency! She was able to get us all together on the same cruise ship floor and dining area. She overly communicates all information so we didn’t have any questions! Would definitely use in future.
