I recommend working with Dylan from this Bulgari. I purchased a piece for my wife, but at the time they did not have a 2nd item she wanted. It was old out nationally and no longer available. Dylan followed up 2 weeks later after finding one in another location for me. Further, it arrived the day before I flew out with my wife for her birthday and was unable to get to the store that day. He hand delivered the product to our home. Amazing service - of course the jewelry (necklace, bracelet) was lovely as in any location, and a good whisky and glass of champagne didn't hurt, but Dylan and his team exceeded expectations so it's no wonder he has been with them for so long. Great job!

They sold me a brand new watch , it came damage they said they’ll fix it after a month waiting for them to fix the watch I got it back, they didn’t fix it well and again the only answer they give me are apologies and nothing they can do, just leave the watch to try to fix it again!
To sell they have a really good costumer services but to take responsibilities about there defect products they sell they are just perfect on finding excuses “ of course they answer is that never happened before” nothing they can do” just leave the watch and we’ll try to fix it. Serious brand would have gave a new watch under warranty or maybe is not the brand just the store...

Usually love Bvulgari!
However, I did not have a great experience in this store. The manager was really judgemental and he did not even try to help me (about a size exchange of a NEW and never worn item!)
