Such an amazing l smaller sized zoo. Unlike the big zoos you don'tlost or get turned around as easy. As it was October when we went, it wasn't too crowded. Good amount of animals. It is such a reasonably priced zoo. I would recommend it.

Went to the zoo on a tuesday, was very windy, but still had a great time. The animals are soo cute, my favorite for sure are moose and ona, the black bears! They are the cutest thing ever, and the elephant too, she was playing with the toys they had around for her. Waiting for spring to come and the weather is a little warm to go again.

Such a fun small zoo! It's clear they take excellent care of their animals! Feeding the ducks was also super entertaining. The red pandas were so cute I wanted to take one home! Haha! I can't wait to visit again soon!! They also have honey for sale that is harvested from their own bees!

I visited this zoo this past Sunday. It was such a great experience. This is a perfect zoo to visit if you’re looking for a smaller one to explore. It took less than 2 hours to get through the zoo for me, but I tended to stop & marvel at the beautiful creatures here. It was a hot day when I went, so it was refreshing that there was a concession stand along the way to stop & get water. The exhibits were organized in such a fashion that indicated the animals here are well cared for. Would definitely recommend for something to do/see 💛

Great zoo! Perfect size for little kids. The animals all looked very happy and were well-cared for. The employees were kind and helpful. Prices for snacks and food were pretty reasonable. The zoo itself was clean and well-maintained, including the bathrooms. The gift shop was cute, had fun items, and didn't require you to walk through it just to leave, which was nice. I was very impressed with our time here.

Perfect for a toddler! It's not a very large zoo but it has soo many great animals! They also have a carousel and a small train ride for the kids which my daughter loved!

Buttonwood is a great little zoo (when it's not crowded). It's just big enough to keep the kids busy for an hour or two, see all the animals and play on the wooden train. I wish the carousel and train were cheaper or included in memberships, $3 per ride each is a bit much.

This is a great little zoo. We always have a great time when we go. It is well maintained. During our April visit all the animals were super active. There were two young bears running around and climbing trees.
