Thank you to Bettina and Busy Bee’s, for giving us Becky! From Day 1 to Day of, she was an absolute lifesaver. Her attention to detail, organization, and her knowledge, brought our absolute dream wedding to life. Not only was she on top of every detail, but she also provided so much emotional support, talking me off a ledge more than once when things felt overwhelming. Her calm and reassuring presence made all the difference, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. If you're looking for someone who is not only talented but truly cares about making your day special, your wedding team must include Becky. How do you even begin to thank someone for giving you the best day of your life I cannot say enough about Busy Bees Event Planning. BBs came highly recommended by an event planner friend of mine (Thanks, Sam!). While we knew it would be a good chunk of our wedding budget, we considered it essential; knowing it would mean everything would be kept running smoothly so we could enjoy every moment stress-free on our Wedding Day. We KNEW Busy Bees was the right company for us when Bettina very generously helped us start a budget before we even gave a them a penny or signed a contract. It was so apparent that Busy Bees is filled with individuals who are true professionals in the industry, and do this out of the love they get from helping people create their special days.

Which brings me to Becky. My hero; and a lifesaver throughout the entire planning process and especially on the wedding day. Her organization, creativity, passion for helping others, and attention to detail were unmatched. She handled every challenge with grace, no matter the time of day, or size of the mishap. From vendor coordination to last-minute adjustments, she made the impossible seem effortless. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more, and we couldn’t have done it without her and the rest of her team, including Jasmine who captured so many details from the day I would have otherwise missed; and my bridal concierge, Michael who made our morning SO fun, had all our details ready for the photographers/videographers, carried my dress, veil, and bouquet all day steamed every single gown in the bridal suite, and literally treated my entire bridal party like royalty all day while Becky was onsite at the wedding venue getting everything ready there!! While I can honestly say that I will not miss planning my wedding; at only a week out, I already miss Becky! The Zippers love you SO SO much!!

If you’re reading this review and are hesitant because you don’t know where to find it in your budget, like I was… just do it!! Busy Bees was worth every penny we paid for them, and then some!! I would do it all over again in a heartbeat to have this team again💗

Great experience working with Busy Bee for our wedding. Becky was fantastic to work with from day 1; she was organized and helped us tremendously through the process leading up to the big day. She made sure our vision was executed, no matter how small the detail. On our wedding day Becky and her team (Stephanie, Jasmine) were on top of all of it and made the day go by very smoothly. Never rattled by any last-second changes, Becky and her team were efficient problem solvers and helped make the day a very special one with all of their unnoticed work behind the scenes. But more important than any logistics, the biggest impact was the peace of mind that they brought to my wife from the moment we hired them. She went from worrying and dreading certain parts of the day, to truly being excited and enjoying the lead-up, and that is priceless.

We hired busy bees for our day of wedding services and could not be happier. We were assigned Becky who was kind, detailed and hard working. It was very reassuring to work with her and she went out of her way to make sure our day went as planned. Becky worked with my vendors and went above and beyond to make sure I was not missing anything. I felt at ease knowing she was thinking of things I had missed! My wedding day was so special and I really appreciate her work and time on my wedding.

We used Bettina and her team over 6 years ago for our wedding, and just used her again for our eldest daughter's Bat Mitzvah. Bettina and her team made sure everything was perfect, I didn't have to worry about anything the night of the party.
