Give this crew a raise!!!! They are always nice, food is always fresh. I have never been to a BK or any fast food restaurant in Trinity that has been this well ran except maybe Chic-Fil-A

We ordered 2 whopper jr and pink lemonade freeze. When paying at first window was told to stay at window till she said to move ahead. We were the only car at rest.at all. This was at 8:30 pm.one burger was sloppy and mostly all bun and the other was more ketchup than meat. The drink tasted like metal. We threw everything out. We will never go back and have had problems in the past hadn't been to this location in over a year now I know why we stayed away. There are all young workers who have no clue how to treat customers.

I had ordered my meal and sat down on Saturday
12-14-2024 @9:47 pm 12 minutes before the dining room closed, Well Halfway during my meal I was eagerly told that I had to take my food and leave. I politely told the manager I would like to finish my meal as a paying customer so he called the cops had me trespassed and tried having me arrested all because I wanted to finish my meal and not eat it outside in the cold weather, I've never been so violated eating at Burger King then now I'm banned from ever eating there again all because they wanted to close their doors at 10:00 and I was in the middle of my meal for the police to accuse me of a crime I didn't know it was a crime for eating a cheeseburger. This manager lacks the leadership skills and has so much more to learn I hope you get fired soon.

After repeating and confirming three separate times that all I want is some ketchup in my bag, they still didn't give me any ketchup in the bag. Huge thumbs down when basic condiments get left out and it's the easiest request to make

Not sure what exactly is going on with the first window second window thing but it’s annoying. Your making your workers walk go grab your drink at the first window then pull to the second to grab your order. Stop making your workers do pointless tasks to achieve some metric. Just let them do their job efficiently.

This is a very rare burger King. The staff were friendly the food was fresh AND fast and the restraunt was clean. That is almost unheard of in a burger King anymore. We'll done!!!

I have attempted twice now to get a large fiery sprite with my meal and they refused to sell me anything other than a medium. I reached out to corporate via the app and they told me that they have to sell me a large if I ask for it and they don’t know why they’re only selling mediums. I told them this at the drive-through and explained to them that I can order a large in the app and they told me that they only provide mediums and they do not have to follow what corporate has to say. I explained that they would be losing a customer if they didn’t just sell me a large drink as petty as it sounds and they told me they didn’t have time to keep talking to me. They had other customers to serve.
