Beautiful area with plenty of recreational activities to participate in. Hiking, kayaking, river floating, and scenic drives all with gorgeous views to take in along the way. I came during a very dry time and cannot wait to return when there is more water.

A beautiful river with lots of hiking, kayaking, trails, and exploration! The river has some beautiful waterfalls and other nature that were really pretty. Definitely worth checking out. There are a few companies that offer kayaking and places to stay. There are a couple of waterfalls along the river and one waterfall that is pretty challenging to get to- but well worth it! Bring you a flashlight and a raincoat!

Beautiful, relaxing, and plenty of space to get your own little area even when crowded. The water is usually a little on the colder side until first of June but feels perfect once summer really sets in. Great to float as well, kid friendly.

A fun stop on the way to camping at Mount Nebo! My dog got a BARK Ranger bandana and got to splash in the river. Did a pretty easy trail that was recommended to get to the river overlook. The people in the Tyler Bend visitor center were friendly and helpful!

Floated 26 miles camping on ideal sand bars. River was a little low but really only had to drag once. Epic bluffs and opportunities to see myriad wildlife species. Can't wait for another opportunity to float when the river is a little higher and faster moving, but no complaints at all!
