The website advertised tickets to Barber Vintage Festival at $30. They charge disclosed fees and taxes bringing it $42.80 if you order online for will call, or undisclosed fees and taxes to $45 if purchasing at the gate. Under no circumstance would an attendee be able to pay the advertised price plus required taxes. As a business local to the Birmingham community and serving many Birmingham events, my hope is that they stop the Ticketmaster-style trickery, and re-evaluate ticket price transparency to the consumer. A flat $45 advertised price could actually make slightly more money for the event, unless they think the intentionally misleading price drives more gate sales than they would otherwise get with a truthful advertised price.

The event itself was wonderful, and I hope to attend again in the future. The Barber complex is awesome to have in our backyard.

Does not respond to emails or phone calls. Has not reached out to customers who purchased season parking passes for Auburn football games. The entire schedule has changed and most individuals that purchased tickets will now not receive them.
