I just had my wedding there in December & it was perfect!! From start to finish Elvis & Suzana were so helpful & understanding. They made sure our day was perfect & the best part was the food. My goodness the food was soooooo good everyone is still talking about it until this day. Everything was cooked to perfection. I would recommend this venue to everyone

Broward Catering meals are fresh, fulfilling yet light, and seasoned to perfection! Elvis, the owner who also coordinated my mother Trudy Levros amazing Celebration of Life event, meticulously went through the menu with me. As he asked questions about my mother and our background he quickly learned we are Haitian-Bahamian. He recommended the Haitian-Caribbean menu to me. Just as I requested for her event, Broward Catering provided five-star plates 3-course meal. Sometimes fancy Caribbean food misses the mark, but Broward Catering’s chefs are spot on the money; everything perfectly cooked and seasoned. I had Haitian mommies and daddies at the event and they were chowing down on seconds! I don’t have the professional photos yet from the photographer. I think about the party every day and keep getting calls from the family saying how amazing the party was. Can’t thank Elvis and Broward Catering enough🙏🏾. They also provide servers who are extremely professional and swift. It’s everything I know my mother could ever ask for💜🤍💜🤍🤯

We recently had my sister’s sweet 16 and decided to use them to cater our food. Initially, we went to a food tasting and tried the different cuisines they offered and it was amazing. It was so hard to decide if we wanted Haitian, Jamaican, or Latin food because it was all great. We went with Haitian and Jamaican! The salmon, rice and macaroni was so amazing my family and friends kept calling after the party to find out how they can get more. This was hands down the best choice for us. 10/10 recommend.

I’m sooo happy my mom booked my first tasting with Elvis at Broward catering. I really loved his energy and personality while speaking to him, then I took that first bite and was sold. The food was so flavorful and the presentation was beautiful, I knew I wanted him to cater my wedding. He is so easy going and kind I could call him at anytime and he would answer the phone. What stood out the most to me is he always called me by name I wasn’t just another client but a person. We could have actual conversations which means he cares and that was extremely important to me when it came to my wedding and the energy I wanted for that day. To this day my guest can’t stop talking about how amazing the food was, to a point one of my guest went the same week and booked Broward catering for their wedding!!! If you’re looking for 5 star service, delicious food and amazing customer service, look no further Elvis is your guy.

Elvis I thank you for everythingggggggg. My guests were ravinggggggg about the food & let me tell you finding someone to do a classy plated dinner with our authentic cuisine (Jamaican & Dominican) is not easy. Elvis even added an extra side for us because we wanted it. He made us a special bride and groom plate because we wanted it. We got him out of retirement to emcee too, because there’s no one else I trusted but him. Truly a top tier experience he went above & beyond for us every step of the way & I can’t thank you enough. From the moment we began planning for our children’s First Communion we had the pleasure to find Lavan Venue and the incredible people that work in unison to make not only the event but the whole planning experience easy and seamless. We originally met Elvis through Broward Catering when looking for food services for our event.

Elvis offered comprehensive details about what we would need and patiently walked us through every step of the planning and services we would need to make our event memorable. We contacted Elvis at Broward Catering from the incredible recommendations expressed by our friends who had tasted his work. Our children were active participants in the selection of menu items.

The selected cuisine was Haitian black rice, chicken, salmon, and macaroni and cheese. Even our son and his usual pickiness was delighted and cleared every item on his plate. The honest and down to earth qualities reflected by Elvis add to the event planning process an easy and enjoyable. During the selection I was unsure if a fruit bar would be doable but on the day of the event Elvis surprised us with a beautiful fruit table arrangement with our children’s names embedded within the design. It was the many special details Elvis included that make Lavan Venue a unique and professional experience above and beyond any event venue I have seen in the past.

We were blown away by the beautiful sparkle during the performance and his offering our guests valet parking despite it not being included in our selected package. We would definitely recommend Broward catering and Lavan venue for any event. It was phenomenal!

Our wedding was Sunday, 10-06. We had family and friends flying in, all ethnicities that you could think of. This was going to be a dance celebration with a lot of drinks so I wanted the food to taste great and be filling! But it was better than I could have expected. People are still talking about the great flavor of our food! It was so good that the buffet had to shut down because most people were already on their 3rd plates with no intention to stop!😆 For that reason, we were fortunate to have a little left over for another family dinner the very next day and even when sober, the flavor was even more incredible! For dinner we had, Jamaican Rice and Peas, Haitian Mac Au Gratin, Chicken Creole, and Sweet Glazed Salmon. My husband and I are not Haitian or Jamaican but we love what would hit the spot!! On top of that, Broward Catering also gave me and my husband a side of Filet Mignon and Churrasco. Caitlin was helpful and Suzana was beyond helpful and gave me great pointers, as this was my first time catering to 142 ppl. I couldn’t thank Broward Catering enough and wish them the best with their new ownership of Lavan Venue. Totally was worth it!

Elvis adds a whole new meaning to the word “cater”. The Bible says his Lordship will be expressed in the way we serve others. Elvis served my family and I exceptionally well from start to finish.

When we began our search for a caterer for our baby shower, broward catering stood out to us amongst the many to choose from, the plating, the presentation and not to mention the way the food looked!

As soon as we posted an inquiry to the website, Elvis contacted us immediately and took the time to understand exactly what it was that we were looking for. He then offered my husband and I a food tasting! I’ve never, ever experienced a food tasting provided from a potential caterer. The day before the tasting I informed him that we’d be bringing an extra guest (my mother in law, who is pure Hatian and very skilled in Hatian cuisine) so I let him know that he’d be up for a great test, and without hesitation he humbly said “I accept the challenge” lol. Once we showed up to the tasting, we were shocked to see that it was no ordinary food tasting, Elvis had it laid out for us as if we entered a wedding reception! Once we got settled in and our food was served we had order the chicken creole with Hatian macaroni and diri djon djon , he looked over at my mother and noticed her plate was EMPTY! Lol as well as mine and my husband which was the ultimate stamp of approval. From there we knew he was our option! Not to mention his love for God which made it a no brainer.

Now on the days leading up to our shower Elvis called and checked in on us to be sure we were all set and that was very comforting. He even served us appetizers that we didn’t even order, he did it out of the kindness of his own heart.

When our guest were served Broward catering made a grand display and entrance that everyone couldn’t help but pay attention to and were in awe at the presentation.

None the less the food was a BIG hit and it’s still being talked about until this day lol! I’m so happy we went with broward catering the experience was like no other and the food was mouth watering.
